I just bought my first home a beautiful condo but the previous owner had a dog for years. We tried to clean the carpet ourselves but it still smelled like dog. I've had several complaints from my tenants that the carpets need to be replaced. They hired carpet cleaners, but the next day it looked like nothing was cleaned. Its really difficult now, during the holiday season to replace carpets for all my tenants. I decided to do some research myself. I called Chicagoland carpet cleaners, and they were amazing. They have a really powerful machine, that was able to remove the stains and keep my tenants happy.

Jason was very nice and informative, he removed ink and coffee spots from my chaise lounge and the carpets had a few ink spots too.. the whole place looks much better, my carpet is about 8 to 10 years old so it needs replacement but he made it look the best it will ever look again and I have even gotten a few compliments on how good my floors look.. I had to use Chicagoland Carpet cleaners after my son's 5th birthday party. I had over 30 kids in my house and you can imagine how the carpet looked like. A guy came in, did a wonderful job on the carpet, left it stainless and asked for a very fair price. I am very happy with the service and will defiantly use then again. Thank you.

Never again be warned. There's nothing worst than being hustled. BUT HUSTLED IN MY OWN HOME?They gave me a low price over the phone. Then the tech comes over and jacks the price up not by a Little but by a lot. I refused to pay more than i was quoted then the tech got a little moody with me. After all that the job was done OK. But when the carpet dried it all the stains came back. How does that happen. I didn't even call them to come back so that they can fix it. I called another company they cleaned it 123 for the price that they told me. And now my carpet is fine so thanks chicagoland carpet cleaners. For costing me more MONEY!!

Their are a lot of carpet cleaning out there....
Before I used Chicagoland carpet cleaners I called other company,They told me $60 for both br,but when they showed up they charged me above $200!
Chicagoland carpet cleaners clean my carpet several times,the price is reasonable,and you know all the charges before.
They give the costumer to decide which treatment to go with.
I like they involving the costumer in the cleaning process,you know what you pay for.

Me and my wife just bought a new town home in the city.
The carpet was in terrible shape and we thought to replace it.
The price or carpet replacement are very high! about a thousands $.
I spoke with my realtor,he suggest me to do a deep cleaning for the carpet and then make a decision.

With all the rain in the last few days,I found out my basement carpet was flooding and it's have a mildew smell.
I called other company,they came to my house -ever due they sound fishy there prices was cheap,so I gave it a try-they told me I need to replace the carpet and it's will cost me about $2000.I want to get another opinion!
2 days after the carpet still was wet and it's smell terrible!
My neighbor (how had her basement flooded as well encourage me to give Chicagoland carpet cleaners a call.
Chicagoland carpet cleaners came in the same day,clean the carpet,lift up the carpet and clean the padding underneath-they sanitize and deodorize the whole area -the smell was gone immediately!

I'm very disappointed with the service offered by Chicagoland carpet cleaners. I hired them to clean my apartment because I was moving out. On they phone, they only quoted me $125 for the cleaning and told me that it would cost extra for spot treatments (like wine stains etc.) But when they came over, the technician bumped up the estimate to $475. When I protested, he said the $125 was only for a 'basic' steam cleaning and that he could not do anything beyond that for the initial estimate amount.
Obviously, I was upset but I persuaded him to do his entire treatment on the entire hallway (not the entire apartment) because I wanted to see how it will come out. For that he charged $50 more. But even after he did the entire treatment, the hallway still looked awful, and I ended up paying $175. I waited for a couple of days for the carpet to dry and then called my apartment manager for inspection before I moved out.
The apt. manager came over and said that he was shocked that any carpet cleaning company could do such a bad job. He even asked me a couple of times if I really called in a professional or tried to simply vacuum it myself. He strongly advised me to just get my money back from the cleaners and hire someone else who'll do a better job.
I tried multiple times to reach the cleaners. The first few times, I spoke with a very rude women who didnt even have the patience to listen, and kept interrupting me. She promised me that the 'manager' would call me, but he never did, for a whole week. After multiple attempts, I talked to him. And then the manager tried to sell me even more services by asking me to call them back for an additional $125, taking the total to $300.
When I asked the manager to come and inspect the awful job done by his technician, he flatly refused. When I asked him to give my money back, he refused. I have no choice now but to hire someone else to do a half-decent job.
I've moved 4-5 times already and have some experience with different cleaners. By far, Chicagoland carpet cleaners is the worst I've come across.
I'd strongly recommend not to hire this company - they give wrong estimates, their customer service is horrible, their cleaning is very bad, you'll spend hours chasing after people to talk to, and you'll be just wasting your money.

I had 2 bedroom with a lot of urine stains, the smell was terrible.
I thought there is no chance my carpet would survive.
I got Chicagoland carpet cleaners phone number from a friend ,how thought they can save my carpet.
I was so happy with the results-the stains disappeared and the carpet smell clean and fresh after they done.

Finally Great company with Great customer service.: They were very professional and did an excellent job. They removed some very difficult stains that were never removed by other companies . They explained everything that they, were going to do before starting the job. I had in my house a few terrible spots of pet odor from urine of my dog. They came and used techniques that I never saw with any other company before. Since they cleaned, our house is odor-free and the carpets never looked better.

All this years I though there is no chance for my carpet, one company came to my condo and told me the stains will never come out.
How can it be that 6 month after, chicagoland carpet cleaners remove completely the stains?

I scheduled an appointment with Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners and the morning of my 2pm - 4pm appointment, they called and cancelled. This was a huge inconvience, but they offered a free deoderizing and asked to rescheduled... so I did. This time, I had a Saturday 9am-11am appointment. 11am rolls around... no carpet cleaners, no call no nothing. So I called. Customer service cannot get a hold of their technician. I said if you can get a hold of the technician I would be able to still get it cleaned later in the day... couple hours go by... nothing. Finally I call back and they still have no one availbale and WASTED MY ENTIRE SATURDAY... Terrible service and reliability, Cannot comment of quality of carpet cleaning because THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! DO NOT USE!!!

The best in Illinois. I have had many rugs over the years and I always can count on them to give me a great price and do a fast job. I have very expensive carpets and it is hard to find a company who has experience with fine rug. Whenever I call them they come right away and deliver them back exactly a week later no questions asked. A few times i asked them to have it ready in a few days and they did it no problem.

I got water damage in my nursery home,it was very important to clean it as soon as possible.
I called for several companies but all of them want to charge me "emergency service fee" of the amount of 275$ just for the service call and to clean it up will be about 800$.
as a place that operate only on donation it is a lot on money to spend. I told the company that we have a lot of sick people in here ,but they didn't want to cancel this over charge service call. I was in shock, I hang out the phone.
I try to call to other companies,but no body was available in short notice.
I didn't have any time and it was very important to clean it,I was about to call to the company that want to charge me the 175$ "emergency fee", but one of my co-worker gave me a business card of chicagoland carpet cleaners ,a carpet cleaning company,He told me "call them ,they never disappoint me,and I don't think that after 3 years of reliable service it will happened to me".after hearing all of this,I Hope ,in the bottom of my hart ,that I wouldn't need to pay this "emergency fee" (because all the money that he nursing home have is base on donation.
Oh,I would feel so bad to spend so much money on this trouble,this money can have a better use to buy some food for the nice old peoples I take care of.
I called chicagoland carpet cleaners and I talk to a nice lady ,I explain her the situation and she was very supportive.
After 20 minutes a nice young guy arrive,he didn't talk with me at all about the price,he work very 4 hours on our carpet , he help me to lift some of the patients bads,the medical equipment all the computers.
He worked very hard on our carpet.
He did a terrific job on our carpet, it was nice and dry and all the bad smell that was before disappeared.

Professional On Time Service!

I highly recommend chicagoland carpet cleaners for your home or business. I've been using them for about 2 years. They have reliable and trustworthy employees. I usually leave the key, the same knowledgeable employees come and they know exactly what they need to do. Since I have 2 dogs, special care is needed.
In addition, when water damage took place last year in my place of work, they know exactly what to do, they dried all the walls and carpets in the water damage area and did an excellent job.
