Great service. 
Very recommended.
I had 2 bedroom with a lot of urine stains, the smell was terrible.
I thought there is no chance my carpet would survive.
I got Chicagoland carpet cleaners phone number from a friend ,how thought they can save my carpet.
I was so happy with the results-the stains disappeared and the carpet smell clean and fresh after they done.

I was impressed with the quality of their service
I had two rooms of carpet cleaned by chicagoland carpet cleaners The cleaners came exactly as schedualed and worked very nicely. I was impressed with the quality of their service. I recommend them because they are a professional company with excellent service.

I'm very picky when it's comes to cleaning,I tried a lot of companies in the past,I can definitely say that chicagoland carpet cleaners is the most Professional, friendly, and reliable company that I used....I've been a customer for 2 1/2 yrs,( I clean the carpet twice a year)Chicagoland carpet cleaners continually provides the BEST results.

Great company
Finally Great company with Great customer service.: They were very professional and did an excellent job. They removed some very difficult stains that were never removed by other companies . They explained everything that they, were going to do before starting the job. I had in my house a few terrible spots of pet odor from urine of my dog. They came and used techniques that I never saw with any other company before. Since they cleaned, our house is odor-free and the carpets never looked better.

My carpet is so clean :)
After having several carpet cleaning companies cleaning my carpet over the years , I realize, thanks to you guys, how clean my carpets can gets.
All this years I though there is no chance for my carpet, one company came to my condo and told me the stains will never come out.
How can it be that 6 month after, chicagoland carpet cleaners remove completely the stains?

THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
I scheduled an appointment with Chicagoland Carpet Cleaners and the morning of my 2pm - 4pm appointment, they called and cancelled. This was a huge inconvience, but they offered a free deoderizing and asked to rescheduled... so I did. This time, I had a Saturday 9am-11am appointment. 11am rolls around... no carpet cleaners, no call no nothing. So I called. Customer service cannot get a hold of their technician. I said if you can get a hold of the technician I would be able to still get it cleaned later in the day... couple hours go by... nothing. Finally I call back and they still have no one availbale and WASTED MY ENTIRE SATURDAY... Terrible service and reliability, Cannot comment of quality of carpet cleaning because THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Great customer care!:
Great customer care!: I called for my basement water damage and technician came in within an hour. He saved my carpet and dried everything with his special machines. excellent job.

Unbelievable different
Great cleaning: I never realized how dirty my rug was until they came to clean it. The difference was unbelievable. Now my rug looks like new again. The service was amazing; they know exactly what kind of care my rug needed.

Highly Recommended:
I highly recommend chicagoland carpet cleaners for your home or business. I've been using them for about 2 years. They have reliable and trustworthy employees. I usually leave the key, the same knowledgeable employees come and they know exactly what they need to do. Since I have 2 dogs, special care is needed.
In addition, when water damage took place last year in my place of work, they know exactly what to do, they dried all the walls and carpets in the water damage area and did an excellent job.

So pleased with the service.:the nice technician did a great job, they were friendly as can be.
They came in quick and easy and they were very thorough. We had our carpets and a sofa cleaned. My wife was aesthetic she was so pleased with the service.
