I had planned to use Amber Home Services because their bid, while not the lowest bid, was competitive with the others. Because the financing for the project had fell through and I had to re-arrange items of priority, I was not able to use their services. What I can say is that Amber's written quote was specific in terms of what they were going to do, payment schedules, and make and model numbers of appliances and fixtures that were going to be installed.
