Barb is amazing at what she does! I get compliments every time I get tanned. She does an excellent job and the place is very clean and I never have a problem getting an appoitment. She's super friendly and does great work. I give this a 5 plus stars!!

The airbrush tan is amazing. The color is really pretty and natural looking. It lasted about two weeks and I wasn't streaky at all. I also like that the owner Barb did her research to find the tanner with the most natural ingredients. I highly recommend the airbrush tan and will be a regular client myself.

I loved the airbrush tan that I got at Body Beautiful Salon! The tan lasted longer and the product used is all natural. The color was awesome and there was no streaking, I didn't turn orange, the tan did not come off when I got in the pool, etc. I highly recommend using this salon. The quality of the product is top notch and the cost is great also. Excellent service!!

I love going to Contours Express! The gym has incredible machines just for women and Barb creates your own personalized circuit that you can do in 30 minutes and feel results. I used to do tons of cardio to stay in shape but since joining Contours Express in March I have lost weight and am not killing myself to do it. The gym has an infrared treatment that I swear by! I love that it reduces cellulite and makes me feel slimmer each time I do it. If you haven't done one, you need to! Contours Express helped me change my body and I have a great experience every time I go work out, that's why it's the best women's gym in Dallas. You need to join!

Money is an issue for me and to put it simply this a great cheap way to find a plan that works. All I have to say is just try it. You'll see that this is any easy way to keep yourself motivated and coming back for more. To be honest thats what you want when you try to get in shape.

Not only is the body wrap awesome and helpful for burning lots of calories while relaxing, Barb makes the experience great because she is so personable, informative and genuine. She's got an awesome product!

I was viiting out of town and neede to get in a workout...This gym is awesome! The trainer was so heplful as well as extremely knowledgeable!! I wish I could bring her and the gym closer to my home! Thanks.

I was in the hospital and gained a significant amount of weight due to the number of IVs I had. When I got out, I didn't know what I was going to do! I went from a size 4 to a size 12! Frantically I went home and searched the internet for ways to get back to my normal size and Contours Express came up. I read about the wraps and the price was so inexpensive that I made a same day appt with Barb. After my first appt,I lost around 6 lbs and was hooked! I continued with 2 more the same week and I ended up being smaller then when I went into the hospital. Barb was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable to that now I got several times a month! The gym equipment is awesome as well and its the best all around gym in Dallas! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!! THank you Contours Express!!!!!

Wow. I didn't know you could actually BURN calories and just relax. According to stuff I read, this Infared Sauna heats you up to the core of the body and that's why it burns calories. Regardless.....it's great and it works. I have had 4 of these treatments and I felt great after each one. Best part was that when I drank a lot of water, the weight did not come back. The gym is great, too because the real weight machines are sized for women. Where else can you get a personal trainer that will work with you at no extra charge. BRAVO for this concept. Barb is interested in each one personally and that makes you feel special. This is the real deal, no kidding. You can get in shape and enjoy it at the same time. Convenient if you work in the Central Business District.

This place has an infrared body wrap that burns A LOT of calories! I?ve noticed a difference after a few treatments, and I have been trying to lose weight for a while. You don?t have to be a member of the gym to get these either. And the best part is they are half the price of The Body Wrap Shop!

Pros: lost weight, the wrap was relaxing, no ace bandage type of wraps that require exercising

I really like this place! I?ve belonged to the big chain gyms and never got any direction, unless I wanted to pay $60+ an hour. I get that here and its included in the monthly membership price, which is both affordable and comparable to other gyms in the area. Its about time there is a place for WOMEN that offers a plan and good equipment, ?real? weight-bearing equipment as they call it. I?ve been here about a month and am seeing the results that I want. I have recommended this place to my family & friends and a few have joined me here!

I'm like most people, I lose interest in going to the gym.
I normally get frustrated because I don't know what to do.
At Contours Express I'm learning new exercises on how to target my specific
muscles. My personal trainer ?Barb? motivates me to keep going day
after day. I'm starting to get the results that I want.

This is like going to your own personal gym with hands on attention JUST FOR YOU! This membership comes with your own personal trainer at no additional cost, no strings attached! If you want to be pampered while getting fit and beautiful, this is the place. You have to try the sauna too it is a fraction of the cost of the body wrap shop and it is much more personal and serene. Call today for an appointment and use one of her coupons on-line, they care for the new clients and welcome them like they are family. Go today they will take fantastic care of you , one on one. Bring your inner beauty and Barb will take care of the rest! ( she is my favorite personal trainer at this facility)

I LOVE this place! The personal attention is wonderful, yet I am free to be me in an all ladies environment. The circuit is tailor made for a woman's needs, and is easily doable during lunch, before or after work. Sweat as much or as little as you want and still get a GREAT workout and strength training. Barb is fantastic, and only charges about half for the sauna wraps that other places charge and are full body versus certain parts of the body. I HIGHLY recommend this Contours Express in Uptown!

Owned by a Woman Trainer, That should really be reason enough! She is also one of the operators and trainers and they have nutritional counseling, infrared body wraps and month to month programs. Why wait till your new years resolution?

What a fantastic concept! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I always said that just because we are Women doesn?t mean that we have to have sissy workout machines if we don?t want to workout with men! This women?s only Gym membership comes with a personal trainer that will set you up with a personal strength assessment , customize a workout plan for you and monitor your progress ( no not a waist measurement and a wimpy 30 min circuit workout with a bunch of hopefuls like curves, I say this because I was one of them) . I am not saying that Curves is a bad place or a 30 min workout, because this uptown gym has a 29 min workout, as well as 20 min fat blast classes, but listen ladies, this gym has REAL machines and REAL Trainers! Get the difference? They also have a FAR Infrared sauna that covers your whole body with a wrap and really targets the areas in need. It Detoxifies your body, reduces stress, raises your core heat so you actually get a ?passive? workout and is fantastic for arthritis and pain relief. Really! You have got to at least try this even if you are a member of another gym, they will still have a reduced body wrap program for you and the infrared sauna for you regardless of where you work out. BURN UP TO 1000 CALORIES PER SESSION!!!!!! OK, I?ll get off my soap box, just go and talk to them today, they are really nice and a great resource for weight loss, fitness plans, strength training, detoxification, body sculpting, and breaking your plateau all in a women?s only gym! Whoo hoo!
