Bloomin Blinds, Inc.

I had several 6-foot wide blinds that had broken twist rods so I unable to open the blinds. Bloomin' Blinds replaced the barrel mechanisms and replaced the twist rods with pull cords. I am so pleased that I will have my other twist rods replaced in the near future. Very professional, timely and courteous.

Bought a house in Frisco and it had window blinds problems. Called Bloomin'blinds, on a Sunday, and spoke to someone. He gave me GOOD direction on how to get there and said we could find out what the problem was and buy the parts there and take care of them ourselves if we so desired. Problem corrected and we are very happy.
Will go back there with pleasure!!

Absoutely amazing company. Fast,great prices and fixed 6 of my blind which saved me hundreds by not havng to buy new blinds. Thanks so much Bloomin' Blinds. Love the family concept. Keep it up and I will tell all my friends about you on facebook right now !

After moving into our new house, we called Bloomin Blinds, Inc. to do some repair work on our blinds. They were very professional, and their prices were comparative.

I can't say enough about this company. We have two rental units in Dallas, TX but we live 3 1/2 hours away. We had some vertical blinds covering the patio door in one or our units that needed repair. It's very difficult to find companies to work on blinds of this type. I determined that the gears in the headrail had been damaged. I ordered a new headrail from a nearby Lowe's and while waiting for it to come in, proceeded to to locate someone to install the new headrail. I found Bloomin' Blinds and spoke to Kevin. Explained the situation to him. He was not only willing to do the job but agreed to go by Lowe's and pickup the headrail when it came in. This was late December so we waited until after the holidays before scheduling the work. Once the work was completed, our tenant reported that Bloomin' Blinds was on time and did a quick and professional job. Once the job was complete, they invoiced me by email and I paid with a credit card. Definitely two thumbs up and I will use them again if needed.

I had a great experience with Bloomin Blinds. The installation crew was very courteous and respectful. There were some valences that were made wrong and they took care of it immediately. This is a great company to work with and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!

I had Bloomin Blinds put new blinds on every window in my home recently and the response was wonderful. They came out with samples and gave me a quote and an install date and were prompt on the install date. The blinds look wonderful. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are very professional, prompt and reasonably priced.

I used Bloomin' Blinds when we lived in Irving and now out in Colleyville!! They are wonderful, respond quickly and do an excellent job!! I will use them over and over, best company ever!!

The first time I used the company, I was very satisfied. Great work - good pricing. So I called them for a major overhaul and cleaning of my blinds: 33 total! Not all the blinds were cleanable yet I was charged for every one in my house. I was charged for repairs not done and I have a missing blind. Repeated calls and emails and even a written letter sent USPS were ignored. Only after I filed a formal complaint did I get a response. Complaint not yet resolved. I could not in good conscience recommend this company to anyone
