I bought my puppy and all supplies from Yankee Puppy in Williston Park. The owner, Spencer, was amazing with all the dogs. This is a place where you can come in and feel good. I always hate looking in other pet stores because I always left feeling sad and disgusted. At Yankee Puppy, you know the animals are in a wonderful setting and they are happy. I would recommend anyone and everyone to buy your puppy and supplies at Yankee Puppy!

My husband and I took our young kids to this store to look at puppies. We found that the employees of this store, who all seem at first to be really young, are very informative, helpful, and caring. The owner took a LOT of time to talk to us about what we wanted in a dog, what would be best for us, and what would be best for the dog. He really seems to care about the animals and doesn't want to just sell them to anyone. We have been to seven different pet stores/kennels in the area (and one in Brooklyn) and no one gave us an honest opinion other than Spencer, the owner. We highly recommend this store.

Yankee Puppy is currently in the process of moving locations. I am working from home until my new location is ready. Feel free to give me a call for all your puppies needs. We aren't just your typical pet store. Come in and meet the boss and see what it is like at a puppy store that cares about the puppies not the profit! We DO NOT use cages. All of our puppies are in LARGE OPEN PENS and socialized with other puppies and people. We care for our puppies like they are our own. Not a product on a shelf. Come and see for yourself.
