There was nothing wrong with the washer machine, he just pulled a hose up a few inches and it worked fine. I appreciated him telling me that. He also fixed the drip in the fridge perfectly.

I had a friend who had a very good experience here so I was hoping for the same when my dishwasher crashed. They did eventually get it fixed, but I was given the runaround first. Not bad, not great, IMO.

It has been 4 months since I first called Appliance Rescue to fix my stove, and I'm still here without a working stove. The technician came out and said that my panel was broken. So he ordered one. 3 weeks later it came but it was defective. He ordered another one 4 weeks later it came in the wrong color and he was hoping that I would let him install it! Now its been 5 weeks, no calls, nothing. I called them today to find out what's the problem and they had no answer but "promised" to call. Never using them again!

Complete Incompetency or Much Worse

Appliance Rescue diagnosed my 4-yr old KitchenAid dishwasher problem as needing a new Pump & Motor Assy (part under warrantee) and wanted to charge $159.00 for labor to replace it. I shopped around and found an honest licensed repair service that would install the Pump & Motor Assy for &89.95 but when he came out, he immediately diagnosed the real problem which took 5 seconds to fix: there was a little gunk in the drain air gap. I called Appliance Rescue to complain and to see if the company wanted to make whole their egregious mistake but they would do nothing. I have placed a formal complaint with the organization that starts with a B to expose this company for what it really is: completely incompetent, no customer service, and possibly much worse. If I had hired them to replace the part, they would have done so and I (nor KitchenAid) would have ever known the real problem and we would both be out hundreds of dollars while Appliance Rescue profits.
Pros: They have an 800 number?
Cons: Completely Incompetent and no customer service.
