I have stayed at this hotel many times and appreciated the business-like & professional atmosphere but since the hotel was sold it is evident that changes have been made and not for the better of the hotel but for the worse! I must comment on the new face at the front desk. The male employee at the front desk did nothing to help me or other customers waiting at the check-in lobby it was more important for him to sit there and pick his ears with his car keys. I found that discusting and unprofessional. In looking at the other customers waiting it was obvious they found it discusting also. It is obvious he is entirely too young to have any sense of what professionalism is. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! The new owners are creating their own demise.
