I have trained with Graham for over a year. In that short time he did the following things brilliantly: 1) Taught me the basics of skillful, non-injury weight training.
2) Took me to the next level in regards to my nutrition/food intake needs, helping me understand how important that is to being fit and healthy.
3) Motivated me to stay with my training even when I got discouraged.
4) Left me with skills to continue on my own when my schedule made it difficult to continue training with him. (I was starting my own business at the time.) He is a completely dependable, thoughtful trainer, never missing an appointment and VERY patient as a coach. He has spent years honing his craft and pursuing on-going education in fitness. I did enough shopping for trainers to know that he's a rare find.

When I first started working out, everything we did was new to me, so I was fearful and resistant. And, lets face it: they call it working out for a reason and when youre 75 pounds overweight, it really is a work out! But Graham's knowledge, dedication and wonderful sense of humor enabled me to stick with the program he designed for me and to achieve results that encouraged me to continue on. Today, seven years later, the results are nothing short of miraculous. Youve taken me from fat and flabby to fit and fabulous. My doctor says that without Graham's excellent work, I could never have achieved the amazing improvement in my health that I have. I look wonderful; I feel great and Im able to look forward to many long and healthy years."
