I had the worst customer service experience with Cost Plus World Market. I called on 3 separate occasions to get more information on a coffee table I was considering purchasing. On each occasion I was told that someone would get back to me in 72 hours. A week and a half went by each time and no one returned my call. I finally got the information I needed (fifth call and 3rd tier supervisor) and ordered the coffee table, but it arrived damaged. When I called to tell them the item was damaged, I wasn't even offered an apology.\r\n\r\nI would not recommend that anyone buy items costing more than a few dollars from this store. I didn't expect World Market to have furniture that ranks with Ethan Allen and Pottery Barn, but I didn't expect it to be WalMart quality either. Don't waste your time or money here!
