Good meat and original Brazilian food. I guess who doesn't know much about Brazilian food won't appreciate this place much. I definitely liked it. The desserts are incredibly yummy!!!!

Ok so we went there on v day. Bad idea. 1st a party in the room next to us.. 2 not quiet at all...3 cashier was sweeping while we were eating... Weird selection from the buffet...would not recommend for 1st date... Fogo or chimes would be our ONLY choice....

I go to Brazil every year and I love Brazilian churrasco.... Picanha is only real Brazilian restaurant in Philly!. Simple and cheap and good. The meat tastes great. Awesome desserts, friendly service.

Pros: yummy meat!

the meat was dry and they were hard to chew. I expected a lot more considering the fact that some people compared it to fogo de chao. some were too salty and sone were tasteless.

Unpretentious, authentic Brazilian restaurant. I recommend it if you like meat dishes. You can either get it by the pound or all you can eat for about 21 dollars. I recommend the food by the pound unless you eat like a horse. I love to eat and can pack it in and I could never eat 21 dollars worth.

I've been here twice with different friends and they all still talk highly of the experience. I do the buffet and bring my own six pack to "enhance" the favor of it all. If you like grilled meat then this is the place to be.

You have these waiters who come to your table with grilled chicken, pork and beef on stainless steel skewers and they slice the portions on your plate. You must go here if you are a meat lover.

Pros: The prices are like half the price of similar places like this in Center city.

Cons: Not really a problem but everyone speaks Portuguese!

In the midst of Philadelphia's large Brazilian community, this Northeast grill is an oasis of grilled meat and theatrical dining. The kitschy decor is crammed with a surplus of stuffed animals, but the churrasco is right on target---from…
