Save your money...this place is a rip off scam! I have never heard of any happy and satisfied clients from this Sleek Medspa in Burlington, MA. Laser hair removal does not work. They tell clients they are perfect candidates, take thier money and give no results. After, treatment package is over they then tell you to buy another expensive package if you want to see results! Go in and talk to other clients who are in the waiting area...they will all tell you no services here work! Also, visit my3cents to see more bad reviews.

I had never gone to a spa before thinking it would be very expensive. However i guess I deserved it. My experience was very calming and relaxing I felt beautiful after the treatment. and very pampered.

I loved my laser hair removal at Sleek MedSpa. The spa is clean and the team treated me great. They worked with me on my appointments finding times taht worked for me. They explained all the details. I am going to try a micro facial next.

I just finished my last photofacial and my skin is looks amazing. Clear, smooth and glowing. The staff explained everything to me and were very patient. Anyone who wants to look younger needs to try this. I checked pricing beofre I went and Sleek MedSpa was very competitive. I love my new skin!

This place is the worst. They use Gorilla sales techniques to sell you. They wanted to sell me products that I do not even need. They make you fill out a patient intake form to then sit you down and break you to pieces and make you want to by things.

Stay away from this company, there services are expensive. They also do not even have a doctor supervising them. There doctor is in the New York location. This company also owes all of their vendors money.
There services suck and they have horrible service.

About a month ago, I got my first photofacial. Last week I got my second and I can tell a HUGE difference. My skin looks more even and smooth. The tech was very knowledgable and explained the process while she is working. The front desk staff was friendly andmy appointments were always on time. I will be back for sure.

I just finished my last laser hair removal servcie at Sleek MedSpa. I am hair free and happy. The procedure was almost painless adn teh staff were very helpful. I never had to wait beyond my scheduled time and the pricing was very competitive. I plan to go back for skin treatments before the holidays. Would strongly recommend to others.Staff explained all aspects of pricing, procedure etc...

I came in for a chemical peel at Sleek MedSpa on Newbury Street. I originally went to the location inside the South Shore Plaza in Braintree. I opted to not go through with my facial there because I felt too pressured by the "consultant" to buy a package of TEN which can be microdermabrasion or chemical peels or both. The package that was quoted to me was almost $2,000! I did not want to go through with it and insisted that since it was my first time ever at Sleek, that I wanted to try one treatment only to test it out before I commit to buying a package of ten. Due to the annoying pressure to buy a package, I left. A week or so later, I received a letter from Sleek inviting me to come back in and get the treatment because they said that after the treatment, I would be convinced that I would love it. So I booked an appointment with the Newbury Street location and went there after work. The staff was lukewarm but quick to take my name and confirm the appointment and time. I was called into this room after waiting for about 5 mins, then I was asked to lay down in this small room. The esthetician that did my treatment was nice. She asked me if I've ever done a chemical peel before which I answered no. She then went on to tell me about the different types of peels and what kinds of results they would bring. She intially suggested a "lactic acid" peel which is basically sour milk/yogurt. After telling her that I wanted to diminish the freckles on my cheeks, she said to try the "glycolic" peel. She first cleansed my skin with a gentle cleanser, wiped it with some cotton pads, then applied the glycolic gel-like stuff on my face. It stayed on my face for about one minute and a half. It was a slight warming and tingling sensation. Not too much of a burning feeling since I tan easily. Then she washed it off. Afterwards, she applied a "special" moisturizer and I was done. The entire experience from the moment I laid down to the moment I got up was about 15 mins. Very quick so it wasn't that relaxing. She cautioned that I should wear SPF since I just had a chemical peel. Other than that, no specific instructions on skin care onwards. I went home and noticed that I didn't turn too red or blotchy. It was a bit sensitive, but I have sensitive skin in general. For the next few days, I generously put on SPF30 moisturizer every day before I left the house. I noticed the overall smoothness and some eveness in skintone. Although it did nothing to diminish my freckles. I guess one treatment is not enough to get rid of freckles... but I also didn't want to come back in ten times. One bad side effect to all of this is my sensitivity to the sunblock. It has clogged some pores and has caused me to breakout in some spots. I asked my dermatologist who suggested mineral makeup with SPF instead of SPF moisturizer because of my sensitive type skin. So be careful.
Overall, the results were ok. I expected more considering one treatment costs $175. I did breakout because I had to use SPF 30 everyday and dealing with pimples all over your face is no fun. Also, don't expect it to be a relaxing spa treatment... you're in and out of there so quick you don't even get enough time to actually relax.
I would come back if the treatments were a bit cheaper. $175 for 15 mins was really quick for me considering the results. Hope this helps!

Lipodissolve/Mesotherapy does not work. They will tell a 250lbs person," You are the perfect candidate, you'll see amazing results by four treatments." Allison your a lying witch. You've stole my hard earn money and don't worry you'll get what you deserve.
Botox--- contaminated botox that have been diluted and open for weeks are used on their customers.
Laser Hair Removal-- they burn they clients because the technician are not properly train.
Bad customer service, I've been trying to get in touch with the manager but thus far, I've gotten no phone call back, Apparently she is too busy returning other phone calls. Well that is what happens when you have ex-strippers managing Medical spas. Pretty face, no brains that is there motto when hiring employees.
PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY AT THIS PLACE. GO to WWW. YELP.COM and FOX 25 NEWS blog.
THis place has been reported to the better business bureau and the attorney general.

Customer service is the worst ever experienced. I have spent 1000's due to high pressure sales and following several treatments (micro's, fotofacials, botox) I have had no or very few results. There are no guarantees here. The real reviews are on yelp. Read those. I had a vein punctured and visibly injured near my eye just last week . And a microdermabrasion - where I got sand everywhere in mouth almost chipped my tooth. Plus I went home and had to buff puff off my visibly UN-exfoliated dead skin ! This place is a nightmare. Ive been through physical pain here AND verbally abused by one of the clinicians who also bruised me. There is soon to be a class action lawsuit. Stay wise.
Avoid Sleek Medspa.

Accent Laser Waste of Money!!!!!!!

I was extremely dissapointed with this spa. I first went in for a consult to correct some VERY VERY minor lose skin on my lower stomach due to pregnancy. I weigh barely 100 pds and am in great shape so I was looking for something to help tighten this small area. I was told that they were getting this amazing laser in a few weeks and It would work perfect for this area, infact they told me I was the perfect person to do this where I was so in shape. So I was soo excited, they showed me pictures and I was sold. They told me I needed to pay in full that day in order to get some special they were offering but it ended that day. So I paid $2000, and was told to wait at the most 2 weeks. Well once they had their money 2 weeks passed and I did not hear from them, so I called they said nope its not in yet, to make a long story short it finally came in 4 MONTHS LATER!!!!!! Finally it was in I was kinda mad at how long it took but excited to get started. I was told I needed to do the TX's 3 weeks apart, well they were sharing the machine with all the locations in mass so I got a total of 4 TX's over the course of a yr, they could never get me in. Well I NEVER saw any difference what so ever and funny how after I paid for it and was almost done with TX I told them I really saw 0 difference and they said well this area is really hard to treat and that results would prob not happen ect... OKAY well why was I told I was perfect for this and that it was def going to work???????? THEN they have the oddasity to offer me to do botox and b/c of the tx that did not work they would give me $100 off!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? 100 dallars off a 1400 tx after I paid them 2000 dallars for absolutely NOTHING!!!! Its like I toll that money and through it out the window!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!! They will tell you exactly what you want to hear untill they get your money then they could care less. Thats why everything has to be paid for up front before the tx !!!! I will never ever give them another cent!!!! I would NEVER rec this place to anyone!!!!!

The staff was AMAZING they all made me feel so comfortable. They answered all of my questions, I started treatments about 2 months ago, I am doing Lipo Dissolve and Photo Facials. I have been getting great results. I have to be honest I was a sceptical about the Lipodissolve but I have lost a total of 3 inches so far. I wold reccomend it hands down to anyone. Great customer service, great treatments and great staff and what a beautiful location. If you are ever considering any cosmetic medical treatments you must try Sleek Medspa. They definatly have me as a long time customer.
