Walking into World Market changes my mood instantly. I am no longer standing before a crowded outlet mall. The scents of spices and oils consume the air. It is a treat to find everyday household objects of a counter culture selection. I am partial to the wines, cheeses, sauces and rugs! Yes, rugs! The prices are reasonable, not over the top in an attempt to make everything more eccentric than it already is. I enjoy taking my five year old son in, as he always finds something unique to play with.
