After personally patching our roof about a dozen times, we finally decided to bite the bullet and have it replaced. I researched for several weeks and ultimately decided on New Image Roofing based on several recommendations. The entire process was flawless and the roof looks fantastic and it's finally leak free, couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out!
AWESOME JOB!!! New Image Roofing was highly recommended by a friend of mine that had her roof recently redone with them. They did a great job for her and for me. I specifically liked to see the uniformed crews. Employees worked very efficiently and clean. Was very pleased with the overall process. The roof came out very nice.
This roofing company really surprised me. When it comes to roofing companies, I think most people assume you will have nothing but headaches dealing with them. I was expecting that too but the guys at New Image Roofing really made a good impression on me. From showing up on time to finishing up on time. The price was a little more than the little guys, but you get what you pay for. This is the only roofing company in the Houston area I would recommend. Thanks for a great job!
After having what seemed like hundreds of roofers knock on my door I selected New Image Roofing to replace my roof because they were local and were working on my neighbor's house. What a great company to work with! Not only did they manage the Insurance claim process they kept us informed throughout the entire project. They even protected the plants around the house during construction and the company owner did a walk through with us after the work was done. I have recommended New Image Roofing to my neighbors and friends over the last year and they have experienced the same quality of service and integrity.
They did a great job on our roof but we got a flat from a stray nail. The owner paid for a new tire so we are happy and would use them again.
Being hard to please, I got 4 bids and settled on New Image Roofing in part because the price, and in part because of recommendation of my realtor, but mainly because of the evident kindness of Mark. He Really listened, did what what he promised and cute as a button. They actually answer the telephone even after the contract is signed.
My roof is exactly what I hoped for and they also helped with some extras. In sum, all the New Image Roofing employees at my house were polite, friendly and honest and they left the property free of debris.
If I need another roof I shall return to New Image Roofing. Thanks and bring on the rain, my roof is ready!!!
New Image roofing did our roof last week, and we had a good experience overall. The owner Mark was there to help us through the whole process, and answer all questions. I would reccommend them, other roofing companies I spoke with were not near as professional.??
I would recommend New Image roofing. The owner was involved from the first call and inspected the job when his crew completed. Great experience overall.
