Smith Jr, Macon A - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been Auto and Home/Renters Ins customers of Macon Smith for over 10 yrs now. We have had numerous diff cars added and removed and always with a helpful, pleasant smile on the other end. I have made many recommendations and will continue to do so.

I have had my car insurance with Macon Smith since 1979. I also have my homeowners insurance with him, and even though I no longer live in North Richland Hills and haven't for many years, I will not change insurance agents. He and his staff are always there to help in every circumstance. I have had several claims and added and removed many vehicles over the years and have never had anything but quality service from Macon and his office staff.

We have been using Macon since my husband was 16 and have never had any problems. We've had a couple of minor accidents and got them resolved in no time. The office is always available to answer questions and change our coverage if we need to. We have added and removed cars on our insurance and done it with ease. We also have our homeowners through Macon. This is the first time I've ever seen the agent of any insurance come out personally and do the work themselves. I love his office. It's full of nice smiling faces everytime.
