The Jeff Summers State Farm Agency is a customer centric operations which truly values an outstanding customer experience. Recently, we sustained damage to our roof. Jeff's team quickly dispatched a contractor to quickly assess our roof prior to submitting the claim. Now that a formal claim has been processed, we are constantly informed of the entire process and status. Way to go!

Jeff Summers office is amazing! Everyone there has been so friendly and knowledgeable and have really gone above and beyond to help me with my insurance. You will be taken care of if you see them and should definitely give them a call!

Hello, I'm writing this note to say that one of your office staff was exceptional today when I called to move my insurance there. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty and I want every one to know how happy we are. She has worked on her weekends and early mornings even to help me - she made it happen for me and saved us money! The world needs more dedicated people like her who offer this kind of service. I wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am with the rate and service I got on my car insurance at Jeff Summers office. I bought a new car after being told about State Farm by a friend from work. I not only saved money, I got information on where to listen to good music from one of the guys in the office. Thanks!

I recently moved to Nashville to go to school at Vanderbilt. My parents had State Farm in Chicago and their Agent was a freind of Jeff's and refered me to his office. I really did not know anything about insurance at all. Jeff set a time for me to meet with him after one of my classes to go over my policies. It was nice to have an adult talk to me like an adult instead of just a college KID. He took the time to explain what everything ment and why it was important to have insurance.

It was a great experience. Everyone in his office was super nice and they all came out of their offices to introduce themselves. I would recommend Jeff to anyone especially college age people.
