My boyfriend's parents have been with this insurance agent for years so I thought that it would be a good idea to switch my insurance to his.

Unfortunately every time we make a change in the insurance they always do it incorrectly. Not just once, every time.

First, we added renters insurance to our policy and they put the wrong address on it. We called once and the said they fixed it, next month it was still not correct. We called back and the said they fixed it, this time we checked online and it was still incorrect. So, we called back again and they said they fixed it. We again checked and it was still incorrect. It took calling 4 time to finally get them to correct it.

Next, we got full coverage insurance on one of our vehicles. They added roadside assistance without our consent. They did this not only to the new one we created but also to our old insurance on our other vehicle. We asked them to remove it. They removed it from one vehicle but not from the other. We called back again and finally they removed it from both vehicles.

They also have something they call stack-able insurance that they added to our liability policy without our consent. We have asked to have that removed but we'll see how long it takes to do that!

Bottom line, it's not State Farm that is bad but this particular agent tries to milk you for money by slipping things into your policy and then taking months to fix it!
