I had to deal with an assistant and the service provided was slow and unwilling to go the extra step for me. As a result I ended up having to pay a lot more for an incident than I should have if this insurance agent would have been more prompt and attentive to my needs as their customer. For how much I pay them for insurance I expected much better than what I have gotten.
