I've been working for Ford dealer's in the area for over ten years. If you were able to find such parts at those prices it must be because the are not Ford part but aftermarket. Aftermarket parts will always be less expensive but lack the quality of a Ford remanufactured or Motorcraft part.
Also, any joe can got to a Pep Boys and get a $99.00 diagnosis on a transmission or check engine light but all you are walking away with is the code. Just pulling a simple code out of the vehicle's computer does not tell you exactly what's wrong or how to fix the vehicle. That's the rip off you get at a generic store. Go to this website right now, (http://www.eobd2.eu/DTCL.asp) and pick Ford and put in the code P0733 for example. Does "Gear 3 Incorrect Ratio" give you all the information needed to fix your transmission? No. That's the rip off you get going to a generic auto store. Your paying $200.00 at Ford for a full diagnosis. This includes codes, pressure reading excedra.
So, you get what you pay for. It's ashame you don't know any better. Hope you do now. Pacifico did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Pacifico Ford operates under the assumption that customers are incapable of shopping around.
Recently, my F150's transmission died after 190K miles. It was my first Ford truck and I certainly plan on buying another after how well this truck held up. I made it clear to the Pacifico Ford service professional that I'd be in the market for a new truck soon though I'd likely need to have the current truck's transmission serviced before I could sell my old truck and purchase a new one. The service department quoted me $3500 for a new transmission plus parts and labor.

I found another facility- a transmission specialist a few miles away who were able to do the same work with the same parts for $1500. When I told Pacifico I'd be paying to have another tow truck retrieve my truck from their lot, Reggie in their service department arrived at the magic figure of $200 for "Electronic Transmission Diagnosis." I asked about what that meant and his response was the same verbal garbage that gave service shops a bad name for the last 50 years. He could've been reading a passage from Harry Potter. It's all nonsense and they just wanted $200 for even having the truck in their lot.

Avoid Pacifico. They're frauds.

We have purchased 5 cars from Pacifico Ford in the past 10 years and have never gotten anything but great deals and fantastic service. We are treated so well! We also have had great experiences with their service department as well as their Quick Lube oil change service.

We bought a used "08" vehicle from this dealer. They promised a few items to be fixed or replaced before we actually bought the truck. The things that were promised were either not done and they proceeded to say that they were or they were done very carelessly. I am not happy with how nice many managers and sales representatives are when your looking to buy a car but when you buy it they are completely rude and liars. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from PACIFICO FORD.

The sales manager tried to tell me my transmission was bad and would only offer me $200.00 and saying that the trade-in was irrelevant. What an insult. I checked with my mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong at all with my transmission. I would never ever recommend this dealer to anyone. They are scam artists in my opinion. It was close to being the worst experience with a car dealer ever.

I was looking for a pre-owned 2007 Ford Crossover that is well-maintained and affordable. I went to a dealer who specializes in certified pre-owned vehicles. I was impressed with the extensive collection of pre-owned vehicles at Pacifico Ford. The dealership exhibits a wide array of used vehicles of other makers as well! I visited their showroom and took a test drive of the 2007 Ford Edge. The sales person was patient and explained whatever I wanted to know! Thank you Pacifico Ford for making my car shopping experience pleasant and fun!
