I am a student at Durham Beauty Academy and I graduate in August 2010. I love the staff and the environment. The educators have helped me alot and I'm glad I choice the school.

This school is very getto, The staff isn't well train. The owner is a nightmare, he doesn't know anything about hair, he don't even have hair.

Now is not the time to invest in beauty school.Im a a stylist that just reveived my diploma from there, they told me I would have a problem after graduation I WAS ON MY ON THEY COULD EVEN GIVE ME A LEAD. I KNOW TO MANY STYLIST OUT OF WORK BECAUSE THERE ARE TO MANY BUSINESS OWNER'S CLOSING THEIR BOOTH'S OR LAYING OFF STAFF. THINK BEFORE YOU INVEST. You will be sorry, you waste your time.

Durham Beauty Academy has students that really have talent when it comes to your hair. They have a clinic for the student to work on live peoples hair at a discount price. They do a great job, especially a lady by the name of Margaret. Although Margaret was very good and most wanted, the owner and other staff were a nightmare. I would not recommend this Academy to anyone!
