My project is to install a property line clean out. I awarded the project to JD Plumbing based on previous rating, competitive pricing and their attitude. The project was completed on schedule and I am extremely pleased with JD Plumbing. Freddy has been very helpful, responsive and service oriented. Promptly showed up and completed work on time. Outstanding value. Highly recommended . I would call JD again in the future should I need any plumbing service.

JD Plumbing inspected our 50 year old sewer line with a camera and found it mostly obstructed with calcite deposits. The sewer line passes under our entry way and front sidewalk, which were replaced last year. JD Plumbing used their trenchless technology to replace the line without disturbing the entry way or sidewalk. This job was done in one day and passed city inspection the following day. We highly recommend them for their excellent work and especially for the minimal disruption to our property.

JD Plumbing promptly responded to my water main leak. They are reasonably priced, efficient and very knowledgeable. My water pipe was fixed within 2 hours of my contacting service magic for a referral.

Very professional. Good follow up. A fair price and apparently good work. They replaced all the 2 drain pipes nder my house in a 16 crawl space, so I have not seen it. They replaced a stove gas shutoff valve and missed relighting the pilot lights in the floor furnaces which caused a late night call to PG&E to investigate and rectify the gas smell in the house. Floor furnaces are old and do not have a safety to extinguish the gas when the pilot is shut off or blown out inadvertantly.

JD came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. It turned out the main sewer line was penetrated by roots. They replaced the whole line trenchless for a very good price. The job was done very clean, professional, and with minimal disruption.
