This is by far the best vet around. We have moved around Wake County over the last 20 years and switched vets several times and have never been as impressed as much as we have with Dr.Snyder. We had to have our Yorkie put down six years ago and this practice went above and beyond helping us thru this most difficult time. Finally a year ago, we brought in a new puppy unexpectedly. If it wasn't for Dr. Snyders advise, I'm not sure we would have known how to handle this breed with small children. We love this puppy and she now has the best temperament that I TOTALLY contribute to this wonderful vet!!! If you are looking for a practice that truly loves all animals, goes beyond normal care and will love your pet like their own... go to Hemlock Bluffs!! So thankful I did.

IN REGARDS TO THE REVIEW POSTED BY "FC" ON SEPTEMBER 14TH

We are sorry this owner is dissatisfied. In response to his review, we will directly address accusations made from his secondhand report, as he was not the family member in attendance during the exam nor present for any conversation that occurred during the examination, or during any of the follow up conversations made via phone regarding his pet. Due to patient confidentiality, particulars of this case cannot be discussed, however, we can address the statements in generalities to make it clear that the situations as the review states would not have occurred here and are inaccurate at best.

Whenever an abnormality is found on physical examination, it is the doctor's job to explain ALL possible causes of the abnormality. However, a diagnosis of ANY of those possibilities is never made on physical examination alone, without laboratory evidence, particularly when speaking of a diagnosis of cancer. We only wish we were capable of that feat. Testing is always required to determine the source of the problem and is always recommended. We certainly would never state to an owner that their dog was going to die after a physical examination alone.

The temperature is taken at each and every appointment, from rechecks to wellness examinations to emergencies, and would most definitely be taken in the case of any sick patient appointment as well. The temperature is taken regardless of what the owner states, and this vital part of the examination is not determined by whether the owner "feels the dog is hot" or not.

A needle biopsy is not a "tissue sample". It is a cellular sample that is done by the simple poke of a needle, the size needle used in immunizations by pediatricians and veterinarians and healthcare workers all over the world, without anesthesia. A local anesthetic is contraindicated for this procedure for a number of reasons: 1) This sample collects microscopic cells within the inside of a small hollow needle - if lidocaine is injected into the area, the lidocaine can contaminate the sample of the few precious cells we collect and distort the ability of the pathologist to obtain an accurate reading of the sample and 2) to use a local anesthetic, we have to poke with this same size needle and inject the lidocaine, which burns on administration. It simply makes no sense to subject the animal to two needle sticks, and burning, to obtain a sample that takes literally 5 seconds to obtain.

If a fever is present, antibiotics are always prescribed until the laboratory data (which takes 4 days, not 7) has returned and the determination is made as to whether the cause of the fever is bacterial (needing continued antibiotic treatment) or not (other causes of a fever include fungal infections, parasites or cancers). Antibiotics in animals are no different than in people. They take 2-3 days to start showing improvement in the patient. There is no antibiotic known to man that works in 24 hours.

When animals are exhibiting signs of pain, pain medication is always prescribed, without fail. If an animal comes through our doors barely able to walk, it is recommended to be hospitalized for further diagnostics.

Next day follow-up conversations for all sick patients are performed by our doctors. If there is ever an indication that a dog is worsening, it will always be recommended to return for further care/diagnostics immediately. However, we cannot control whether the owner chooses to return for recommended care, we can only recommend. If that recheck is declined, but then the recommended diagnostics are later performed elsewhere, all we can be is happy that the patient got what was needed in the end.

We hope that this explanation of our clinical procedures clears up any confusion that may arise from this review. We welcome everyone to please read the remaining 200+ very positive reviews all over the web to get a true feel of what we are all about here at Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital.

Although the staff are attentive and kind, they are working under the Illusion that the supposed Veterinarian by the Name of "Hanna Cook" has any Diagnostic skill at all, I would, in afterthought, Trust a Pygmy Witch Doctor before I'd ever allow that Quack to even read a thermometer accurately.

When My Dog arrived, Barely able to walk or stand, coming up lame in the span of 2 Days with swollen joints and clearly getting worse by the Hour. This supposed Dog 'Doctor' Made the Declaration that the Cause was, In her studied opinion, CANCER!!! In Fact, she was Positive and directly took 3 painful Tissue Samples from Mama's ( My dogs name ) Lymph Nodes. A procedure that was done without even a local anesthetic to help Mama endure what was already 2 days of extreme Pain and suffering. The Testing of the tissue would reveal how brilliant her diagnosis was with only the briefest of examinations to recommend her life mangling News. She did not even draw blood and only took the Dog's temperature after my wife said the Dog felt Hot. She was running a temp of 104 F !

My Wife detailed to me over the phone the devastating news that this Loyal and Loving queen of all Dogs was to Die at the tender age of 8, To Say this information caused a Disruption to all thought of a Normal Life is quite an understatement, the Memory of being told still resonates in my heart and although there is a Happy Ending It was not found with The Voodoo diagnostics practiced by Hanna Cook At the appropriately named "Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital". I am determined to warn Dog Owners of the incompetence that caused so much unnecessary Pain Both to my family and further suffering of Mama.

We were to wait a whole week for the results of the Tissue test but
Mama was suffering too much so we decided to get a Second opinion with Dr. Rodriguez Of Fuquay-Varina Animal Hospital.

Not Wanting my Dog to Suffer for so long, if it was true that she had Cancer, we tearfully discussed putting Mama to Sleep.

Dr. Rodriguez Confirmed Lyme Disease in an hour. Given the antibiotics, My Mama, in 24 hrs is Fully Recovered and Back to Running around like a greyhound.

Thank you Hanna Cook for the Painful Guesswork and emotional stress, stay home and write a book.

We've been working with Dr. Synder and her team for 10+ years and it's been the most wonderful experience. They've taken us through regular checkups, a broken leg, torn muscles, surgeries and sadly helped us say goodbye to our sweet Buca.

Our guinea pigs had a check up and one was examined for hair loss. All the personnel at HB were kind, courteous and very knowledgable. Though the tests and proposed treatments were quite pricey we were able to work out a reasonable option that both served our budget and our guinea pig's needs. I don't believe other facilities would have worked with us in such an accomodating manner. Excellent care for our pets!!!

I adopted my first puppy back in February and was concerned about his health since he was the runt and came from a shelter. Dr. Snyder and her staff were very welcoming and answered any and all questions I had regarding his health (and I had a lot of questions)! The examination was thorough and they really took their time with Roscoe, and made us both feel extremely comfortable and at ease. Dr. Snyder gave me great knowledgeable advice on how to crate train, get his weight up, etc. He is doing amazing now and absolutely loves going to Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital! I would not take him anywhere other than to Dr. Snyder & staff!

We first brought our dog to Hemlock Bluffs looking for a second opinion for a paw problem. We had a good relationship with our current vet, however, the issue was costing us a lot of money and had the potential for a lot more pain and money. I saw Hemlock Bluffs on Citysearch and decided to try them due to their good ratings. They welcomed me and my frightened puppy and made us both feel very comfortable. After the exam, they confirmed our current vet's opinion. I want to point out that the exam was very thorough, meaning the vet and all the staff spent alot of time with me, explaining things, they reviewed the films I had brought and they even called a specialist to review them. Everyone in the office was very professional, knowledgeable and great with my scared pup. Afterward, they followed up with a phone call and a letter. I was very pleased with their obvious concern that both me and pup were happy and doing ok. I would highly recommend them. P.S. My pup's paw is fine now, no additional expense or pain was incurred.

I went to see Dr. Snyder and her staff after more than seven years with a different doctor taking care of my Cocker Spaniel(Sunny). I had always thought his vet was as good as they come, but we just couldn't seem to come up with a solution for his skin allergies. For years we can gone through multiple treatments of steroids, antibiotics and medicated prescription shampoos. Those made a difference short term, but the bumps and dry spots were back quickly, and my Sunny was pretty misearble. Not to mention I was spending a LOT of money for very short term results.

So a couple of months ago I found the Hemlock Bluffs website and started looking through it. Dr. Snyder's bio mentioned tha skin problems/allergies were an interest of hers, and I made the first appt. soon after.

This is were things started to change for my dog and for me. Dr. Snyder spent an hour and a half with my dog and I. Honestly, in that first visit I learned more about how to treat my dog's problem that I had learned in over seven years at his old vet... no kidding! They never made me feel rushed at all - they were actually apologetic for the length of the appt. But I couldn't have been happier or more impressed. And even with so much time spent, there was never any discussion about the cost... it was a first time appt. cost - period. My dog's health and quality of life have never been as good as they are now. I just hate that I didn't find Hemlock Bluff AH a long time ago!

Another BIG difference. Every time I've seen them ,they have discussed all treatment options, and then given me a printout of the cost for each option so that I knew what I was looking at financially. I've been able to decide what was best to do at the time, and what made sense to delay for a little while. No "sticker shock" when you're ready to leave.

I've recommended them to everyone in my family (all of us are dog people) and anyone else I get a chance to talk to about dogs. If you're even the least bit curious if your pet is getting the best care available, you ought to make that intinial visit to these folks. I'm absolutely positive you'll be really glad that you did.

We moved 2 large dogs and a cat to Raleigh from Memphis, TN. It was difficult on us all. Our Boxer (Lucy) was due for her shots and the Beagle / Mut (Irie) had found North Carlina pine cones and sweet gum balls to be a regular diet. But this didn't set well with her intestional track!! We needed a vet.
So on the recommendation of my sister, we took them to Hemlock Bluffs. WOW, we loved them the moment we walked in. The receptionest was great and she had called our vet in Memphis and had all their records faxed to them. The Tech and the Dr. both got on the floor and did their exam (no cold metal table). Thanks for taking care of our babies like we would.

It is wonderful to have a kind, caring, and knowledgeable vet to trust in the care of our sweet older pug. Dr. Snyder spent time discussing all of the details for the dental treatment that our dog needed and really helped us feel at ease about his care. The staff members have all been very helpful and kind as well, we really appreciated the follow up phone calls and note they sent us. They always go the extra mile to provide the best care and we are so glad to have found such a great vet.

We took our puppy to Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital and were very pleased with all the staff and Dr. Snyder. Dr. Snyder took the time to answer all our questions and didn't try to rush us. She was very good with explaining things in easy to understand terms. We received a follow up call to see how our puppy was doing and to answer any questions that we had. I really felt that the staff truly cared about our puppy and wanted to make sure he got better. I would definitely recommend this vet.

I just recently moved to Cary, and was looking for a vet to get my puppy vaccinated. Hemlock Bluffs shuffled around their schedule to fit mine, and got my dog in the same day I called. When we arrived, my dog...who's usually shaking in the vet's office..ran up to the front desk, tail wagging, and was greeted with belly rubs and compliments of how well behaved she was. We arrived a few minutes early, immediately went into our private room, and waited exactly 2 minutes for Dr. Midkiff to arrive. We got the vaccinations, and were out of the office in about 30 minutes. The intial visit felt comfortable and warm because Dr. Midkiff asked questions about my puppy, my job, and talked about her experience working with animals. The relationship we established was so much more professional and sincere than any vet I've visited. After visiting the vet since, we've met Dr. Snyder, who is very qualified and loving toward my puppy. She showed me an ear infection my dog had on an HD screen, cleaned out her left ear, and taught me how to insert medicing in the right ear. Her thoughtfulness in teaching me to take care of my dog was really appreciated. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone in the area. Their quality service, knowlegable doctors, and comfortable setting really makes it a pleasure to take my dog to the vet!

Pros: Knowlegable vets, friendly staff

Cons: NONE

After researching animal hospitals online and emailing a few of them, we decided to take our cat, Maluokeakua (which means God?s peace in Hawaiian), to Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital. We were instantly greeted with a smile when we walked through their doors. The staff and veterinarians are absolutely wonderful! They took awesome care of Malu during his boarding and the various trips we made because he got a sore from the long flight from Hawaii to North Carolina. I cannot say enough great things about them. The entire team is loving, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my puppy to Hemlock Bluffs since she was 8 weeks old. The staff is great and very knowledgable, making me feel very comfortable about taking my puppy there. There are flat screen monitors in each room used to display various aspects concerning my puppy (ie- the inside of her ears to visually show an infection). Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience thus far and would strongly recommend Hemlock Bluffs to anyone

I have brought my new Munchkin kitten, Mia to Hemlock Bluffs twice for her kitten exams and booster shots. Both Dr. Midkiff and Dr. Snyder were wonderful with Mia and took the time to answer all my questions. I will be taking Mia back to be spayed next month and Dr. Snyder took the time to explain the procedure to me and even showed me a video so I would know what to expect. The office is very clean and neat and the staff is wonderful and compassionate. Everyone there went above and beyond to make Mia and I feel comfortable.

Dr. Snyder and the staff at Hemlock Bluffs was phenomenal! I had been referred by a friend and was so impressed with their services. I have an older cat who needs extra TLC. The entire staff went above and beyond with my baby. They were so gentle and attentive to his needs. Dr. Snyder was extremely thorough and during her exam, she took the time with him and explained everything she was doing so I understood the procedures. I have never taken my cat to a veterinarian who was so patient and thorough before. This was a very new and wonderful experience!
My cat will remain a patient as I am so thankful to have found someone who genuinely cares for my little guy!
I would absolutely recommend Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital!

I have had only great experiences with this animal hospital. All of the employees are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Snyder takes time to talk to you about your pet and do a thorough exam. She's willing to answer as many questions as you may have. They also call you the day after your appointment to make sure everything is going well with your pet. I am very glad I found this office!

I like that place a lot, the staff is very friendly and nice. The place is clean and they were very gentle with my dog. The doctor spent a lot of time with him although he was terrified of her in the beginning. he doesnt do well with doctor because of a terrible experience when he was only 10 weeks old.
I will def be taking my dog there as long as i live close to them!

We went here on the recommendation of a friend and couldn't be happier with our choice. The staff are friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs. We saw Dr. Snyder and she was very thorough and good at explaining everything. My 2 1/2 year old was with me and this is the most welcome I have ever felt with children at a vets office. They have a lot of toys set up to keep little ones entertained which is perfect. Definitely happy with our decision to go here.

This vet is the most personal and genuinely concerned group I have ever found. I've waited to write this review after several visit, because I wanted to give a fair and well-rounded report. My two dogs have visited both of the vet's at Hemlock and have had the best care. When our little terrier got very sick, the doctor personally took our call to help us make the best desicion while at the ER with him. It was calming to know we could reach the doctor and she was concerned about our little guy as well.
We also boarded our dog with Hemlock and they were so sweet. They even took pictures of him in their care for us to keep. What a wonderful and personal Vet! I feel very comfortable with any care my dogs receive with Hemlock!

Nice people, seem to know their stuff, keep my dog going well. Take the time to go over everything in detail, options, etc. They did a lot of legwork, tracking down previous vet info, referrals, etc.
Trust is you need in a vet and they've earned that.

My pup has been battling uveitis and secondary glaucoma for a few months now. We are new to the area and needed to see a specialist as her glaucoma is worsening. Dr. Snyder worked us in that afternoon. She immediately referred us to a specialist who also got us in immediately. The staff was very friendly and extremely thorough. Dr. Snyder even called me afterwards to see how things went with the specialist. To top it off, she called the specialist and provided him her cell phone number as she leaves work at 5:30. I am very pleased that we have found our family vet!

We have had dogs before and were not happy with the vets we had found. So we were really concerned with picking a good vet for our new puppy. Checking the internet and asking around we changed our mind at least dozen times. But after hearing and reading a lot of good things (like on Citysearch) we decided to go with Hemlock Bluffs.

Now after being there twice we are so happy we picked them. Everyone is so caring and friendly. Dr Snyder even spent time with us after the check up to give us some tips on raising a well behaved puppy. We really feel comfortable trusting them with our little Snoopy's health care.

When my Siberian Husky pup needed to have his shots, I actually found Hemlock Bluffs here on Citysearch. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to give them a call and set up an appointment. They were immediately able to see Petey so I took him in. The staff treated my dog like he was one of their own, and explained everything to me that was being done. I would strongly recommend Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital to anyone with a new pet, or anyone looking to switch vets.

We had recently moved to Cary and had not yet taken our two toy poodles to see a veterinarian. One of our poodles suddenly became ill on a Saturday morning and we called the closest animal hospital to us which happened to be Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital. Despite the fact that they were totally booked, they managed to fit us in. Although they were very busy that morning, they took the time to explain everything to us, diagnosed our pet's illness and gave us the medication that thankfully healed our sick dog. And they called us during the next week to followup to be sure that everything was OK.

I took my daughter's hamster to see Dr. Synder and was so surprised at how much time she took with us. I would have expected such diligence with a dog or cat, but she took almost 45 minutes to discuss what we were doing wrong with the diet and explain what was going on (she was bleeding from her hiney!) and gave us options for what we wanted to do. She talked to my daughter who is 7 like she was a part of the conversation, I was really impressed with that. I think she and my daughter talked more than I did. Usually it seems when you have your kids with you most people ignore them or give you "that look". Instead the doctor involved my daughter by asking her questions and really made her feel important. She was so excited when we left and felt like she was responsible for her pet's care for once, what a great lesson! I figured I would let everyone know what a great experience I had. I never even knew a vet would see a hamster but a friend who has a rabbit mentioned that this was where she went. I am so glad, our hamster is doing much better and I look forward to coming back. The staff was also really nice, I could tell by the way they held her they really enjoyed what they do. Major thumbs up for this clinic. I will definately be back.

We could not get a quick appointment with our usual veterinarian, so we looked in the yellow pages & called Hemlock Bluffs. I wish we had tried them 12 years ago when my dog was a puppy! Dr. Synder was by far the most informative and compassionate doctor we have ever dealt with.

The first time I went to the office was when I got a call from a neighbor, saying that my dogs had got out of my yard. Hemlock Bluffs called me and let me know my dogs were safe and sound in their offices. It was a real comfort to know they were looking after their well being, even though at the time I was not using their services. It wasn't a hard decision to make to use their services, and they have proven again how much they really do care about my dogs like they are part of their family. Thank you for your dedication and sincerity to the health and well being of my precious pets.

I just went to this hospital and had a great experience. I have never seen a place so clean! The doctors and staff were so nice and it was great to come to a place where everybody seemed so happy to be there. I felt like we got great care at a reasonable price, will definately be going back.

I just wanted to say thanks to Dr. Snyder and her staff. I just took my cat in for her shots and she is NOT HAPPY when she goes to teh vet. Our last vet actually asked me to not bring her back because she bit one of the staff. She is such a good cat at home and I love her soooo much, but at the vets she just freaks! I decided to try Dr. Snyder because she was recommended by a friend of mine who had a cat that acts bad and she says that she always handled her well. Trix was not good but they spent more time with her and didnt just yank her out of the cage like people have done in the past (which then everything goes down hill from there). I think she did better because they were just calmer. The nurse even brought in a classical music tape and played it which I first thought was crazy, but no kidding it helped. Learn something new every day, Dr Snyder told me they play the music in the back for the animals and it keeps them calm--who knew! All I know is my cat wasn't freaky for the first time in 5 years. Thats' my two cents worth. I will definately be coming back. Kelly Brown.

Pros: sweet staff, long appointment times available, good consulting, no rushing, very clean

I just got two puppies from a rescue group and they recommended this hospital. We were very pleased. The hospital was in a good location, the parking lot has assigned parking spots out front which is nice so you don't have to haul across the parking lot. We saw Dr. Snyder and she was very nice. She took time to explain a lot about crate training (we're having some major problems with these two!). She even went to the trouble of contacting a trainer for us and discussing our multiple puppy problems over the phone to see if there was anything else we could be doing. (that really surprised us that she would go to that trouble!). THe staff was really nice as well, I found that to be refreshing. I am used to front staff at medical places being cold or short and everybody's all rush-rush, they were just the opposite- very accomodating and sweet. I felt welcomed from the beginning. The lobby was also very nice and clean and it has a very clean kids play area which is great because we have 2 girls. The only problem was they didn't want to leave! I found the fees to be reasonable and the service outstanding. I will definately be coming back and have already told several people about my experience.

I took my poodle into Hemlock Bluffs today to get her vaccines. I just wanted to say how impressed I was by the cleanliness of this hospital. This place is immaculate! I was so suprised. We recently moved from California and our vet was great, but the office always smelled like a vets office if you know what I mean. I was blown away, I felt like I could eat off of the floor! My friend had recommended Dr. Snyder as the best. I totally agree. She was so caring and spent so much time with me. She never seemed hurried and answered all my questions so throughly. Thanks for everyone who wrote the citysearch recommendations, you guys were right, this hospital is great! Jeff and Lisa Matthews and the great "Gretta".

I took my dog to my vet (I have been going to Hemlock Bluffs for over 5 years now) because he has been throwing up. It didn't seem like that big of a deal to me, but Dr. Snyder thought there could have been something stuck in his stomach. She took some exrays and I don't know where he got it but he somehow had swallowed a rock. I never saw him do it, I don't know when he ate it. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on staff there who not only did surgery on him to save his life but stayed way after hours doing it just so i didnt have to go to the emergency clinic. i didn;t want anyone else doing surgery on him because they are his vet and they know him so well. lots of other vets i have had would have said "sorry we gotta go home" but Dr. Snyder and her staff were so compassionate and you could tell they really cared about me. i was a basket case, just wanted to tel you guys how much I appreciate you staying and taking care of Shiloh--I will never forget your compassion. I just wanted to let everyone know because I think customer service is a lost art now a days, thnaks for caring and Dr. Snyder you are the best!

I chose this clinic based on the excellent reviews from this site. The staff was very sweet w/ my pet, and the office was very clean. I liked the consultation; the assistant went over the recommended services and why they are important and what they would entail. There was a miscommunication during my visit, unfortunately?I wanted a couple of specific bloodtests for my pet. We discussed those 2 bloodtests specifically, but somehow the assistant ran a complete work up of bloodtests. This resulted in nearly $350 worth of tests (instead of the $78 or $88 I was expecting based on our discussion and what I had requested)?which was quite a shock for me when I got the bill.

I wanted to share my story about my experience to inform potential and current customers alike about our experience at Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital. In 1994 I bought my first pet, a Yorkshire Terrier I named Taylor. I quickly found myself in love with this puppy! After 3 weeks she began having seizures at just 10 weeks old. I worked in downtown Raleigh so I began seeing a vet in the inner beltline. We had constant follow ups and although it was convenient, I didn't feel as though they really cared about my dog. I felt rushed and unappreciated at every visit. Years later I moved and heard about Hemlock Bluffs Animal Hospital and even though it was quite a drive for me, I thought I would give it a try. I felt every time I took Taylor there for a checkup that Dr. Snyder treated her as if she was her own! She was so compassionate and caring toward Taylor and toward me. I couldn't believe the difference in customer appreciation and the attention I received every time I called or came into the office. She was so knowledgeable and caring at the same time. I LOVED THIS PLACE! This past Christmas Taylor became very ill. Dr. Snyder was so quick to diagnose her and advise us of our options. We knew with Taylor being 14 years old, she really didn't have any fight left in her and my husband & I decided to have her put to sleep. Even though we knew it was the correct decision, anyone who has ever been thru it understands how difficult it is. What I really wanted everyone to know was how Dr. Snyder was so unbelievably compassionate. We have three small children so I decided it would be best if I took Taylor and my husband stayed with the children. Going by myself to have my beloved pet and friend put down was overwhelming in itself. Taylor had been thru so much with me in 14 years. She was part of the family to us. Dr. Snyder was so sympathetic and understanding. She made a situation no one ever wants to deal with, tolerable. Thank you Dr. Snyder! We love you. The Weavers

The Weavers

When we first moved to the Triangle two years ago, we were taking our dog to another vet. It was definitely NOT the kind of service we were looking for for our pet.

After doing an extensive search for additional animal hospitals in the area, we came across Hemlock Bluffs - The web site interested us enough to do some additional investigation and a co-worker confirmed that this is THE place for people who want the best care possible for their pets.

Dr. Snyder was extremely patient with us when we arrived for our first appointment. She took the time to explain everything to us about the facility, the staff and of course the care and services they provide. Both Dr. Snyder and her entire staff that came into contact with us on our initial visit were very responsive to our needs and the needs of our pet. They spent quality time with us. Dr. Snyder confirmed for us that this was an animal hospital about Quality and not Quantity. WHAT A GREAT PHILOSOPHY! The only problem that we have is that we didn't find them sooner. HEMLOCK BLUFFS IS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING WITH EVERYTHING!!!

Since our initial visit, we have raved about Hemlock Bluffs to everyone. We dog has been very nervous when going to the vet for the past couple of years. When we took her to Hemlock Bluffs, she looked like her old self. Comfortable with Dr. Snyder and her staff. THAT is something that as a pet owner, really eased our minds. We know we will receive the best care possible for our pet.

THANK YOU DR. SNYDER! THANK YOU HEMLOCK BLUFFS!!!!
