Aleene is a wonderful person and insurance agent. Since moving to Santa Cruz a year ago she has helped us by insuring our home and personal property. She also helped us adjust our policies to save money.

When I went to purchase insurance in my own name for the first time I knew that I was woefully ignorant of the intricacies of the insurance world.
I needed someone who would guide me and look out for my best interest.
I found all this and more in Aleene Althouse's insurance agency. I was able to stop by unannounced and have a sit down talk with one of the agents in the office. Jennifer spoke to me about coverages in a way that I could understand and that made it clear what I was paying for.
I appreciate that Aleene's office is always looking out for me.
I would reccomend her services to everyone.

I have been with State Farm for years but switched to Aleene because of great customer service. I have multiple insurance products for my house and cars; and now my business is insured with State Farm too. Aleene is responsive, thorough, and keeps me up to date on how I can save and still have great coverage.
