very unhappy 
last year i walked in to this insurance company looking for insurance.. first the lady at the front desked looked me up and down. and said the agent wasnt there.. at 1pm in the after noon.. they said to leave my number and they would call me.. they never called.. so 2 days later i popped in.. and the lady behind the desk said the agent is busy, we will call you when we are free.. what kinda crap is that...
