Ken Wood II is our State Farm Insurance agent and does a fine job. Whenever we have a question, he either answers it on the spot, or if it is not a business day, he'll call us back within a few working hours on the next business day with an answer. I recently had a small claim to make and I was in and out of his office with a check within about 20 minutes. Nice service!
