Brickell Honda

Terrible Experience!!!!
I recently moved from New York City to Miami. I took my civic to the brickell honda for an oil change and a 30 point inspection. Two days later the car started to overheat. Turns out that they disconnected our front auxiliary fan, causing our coolant to boil out. Their error caused the head gasket to blow, and caused coolant to leak into our oil, and then into the engine, and they DO NOT want to cover the repairs.

The head mechanic at the New York Dealership confirmed that Brickell Honda's error caused the residual damage.

THEY HAVE DAMAGED OUR CAR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. Honda corporate is looking into the problem, but Brickell Honda's management including John (Manager) and Chandler (Director of the Service Center) is terrible.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!

I am very happy and satisfied at the level of service I received at Brickell Honda showroom. I got a quick reply for the service request I made online. The service procedure was very easy, convenient and time saving. After servicing my 3 years old Impala is shining like a brand new car. I am really glad to have visited Brickell Honda.

I was looking for a Honda dealership that would allow me to order for parts without having to visit the dealership. I discovered the online dealership of Brickell Honda that deals with various Honda models. I ordered for a part using their online form and was impressed with the easy and prompt process. They delivered the parts to my office and I didnt have to do a thing. Great convenience!

Not long ago, I had a problem getting credit sanctioned for a used Honda. Then, I came across Brickell Honda, an online dealership for Honda. They offer credit regardless of credit history, because they have a guaranteed credit approval system. I got the credit in no time, despite my history. I am today on safe turf with my vehicle finance, thanks to Brickell Honda!

Brickell Honda dealers have great deals on used Honda models. They have a large inventory to choose from and offer Honda customers a better deal than most other dealers. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2003 Honda Civic EX Coupe for $9,988 online and am quite happy with it.
