Kristie and Patricia were delightful to work with and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Kristie did a good job negotiating for favorable lease terms despite the landlord's recalcitrance. While I would have liked to have the landlord install a new carpet and received some break on the broker fee, I nonetheless firmly believe that I got the best deal in Beacon Hill. Kristie and Patricia were also able to close the deal in one afternoon; from showing me the apartment to getting the landlord to accept my application and have the lease signed by both parties. They made the process very easy and I never expected such a good deal and such great service.

Kristie and her mother Patricia were able to find me a 2 bedroom apartment in Beacon Hill that allows TWO dogs. I can recommend Presidential Properties, with full confidence, to anyone in search of a place in Boston. I was very worried that I was not going to be able to find an affordable place that was also pet friendly. Presidential Properties took care of everything for me, and if it wasn't for them I would have ended up in a bad neighborhood paying higher rent!! Thank you!

Kristie managed to do in a day what other realtors took many days to do. I needed an apartment fast and in the real estate off season. Since Kristie has the town wired, she got me a great deal on an awesome space. She has also been there after the move to help me get acclimated and to even print a few things when I couldn't find my printer cables! She'll be the first person I call if I need to move and the first person I'll recommend to others!

I rented an apartment through Presidential Properties when I arrive to Boston last winter and just moved out. Kristie has done everything from the moment I entered her office - showing me all the possible options, helping me to find the best place, introducing me to the neighborhood and taking care of all the paper work in the most efficient way. When I wanted to move out Kristie and her mother found someone to take over within less than two weeks and arranged everything with the landlord such that I could leave whenever I wanted. Always being super friendly and so helpful, I highly recommend Presidential Properties. Excellent, reliable and very pleasant service!

I recently rented a new apartment and found someone to rent my current apartment through Presidential Properties. My experience from start to finish was wonderful. Kristie took care of everything. I was working with a tricky situation as I needed to have someone rent my current apartment before moving into the new one. Kristie was able to find someone to rent my apartment within days. She also contacted the management company to help with the termination details. She took care of all the details with the new apartment, from working things out with the landlord to making sure everything was set for move-in day. Everything was taken care of in less than a week! She was even able to help me at a moments notice on the day I was moving in. I would highly recommend using Presidential Properties to anyone!

I highly recommend Presidential Properties! Kristie acted as my buyer's broker when I was in the market to buy my first condo. She educated me on the market and answered any questions that I had in a timely and professional manner. I felt truly taken care of and comfortable throughout the entire buying process. Kristie helped me find a beautiful condo in Arlington at a VERY nice price! The next time I enter the market to sell or purchase a home, I will be using Presidential Properties again!

My wife and I are in the process of relocating to Boston from New York on an extremely tight time frame. Presidential Properties made finding an apartment a breeze and really took a huge weight off our minds. After meeting with two other realtors early in the day, I had a chance to tour several properties with Matt from Presidential Properties. The difference was night and day. Whereas the others simply went through the motions and seemed inconvenienced with my limited knowledge of the area, Matt went above and beyond. His knowledge of the area was impressive and he was able to answer all of the questions I had as we walked between the 5 or 6 properties he showed me. This information was priceless to me and, at the end of the day, I not only found the perfect apartment but also felt far more ready to relocate to the Boston area. Kristie was also very helpful in facilitating the paperwork. All and all, this family-run business is a winner. Highly recommended.

The company impresses with its straight to the point opinions and competence. They offered several apartments on short notice and each one was a variation of the idea I'd given them for what I needed. Thus I had an interesting and tempting selection of spaces. Kristie and Patricia conduct themselves professionally at every moment. They seem to know their neighborhood well and the neighborhood knows them. I got the idea that my relationship with Presidential Properties would not end with the lease signing, but would extend to whatever help they can provide.

Highly recommended.

Both Kristie and Patricia were very helpful and quick in finding us an apartment. Once we knew what we wanted they did everything possible to secure us the place. After going through 2 realtors and feeling completely frustrated I contacted Kristie. She had amazing reviews and it proved to be true! Kristie was so helpful and responsive. She knew what we wanted and because of her we got the apartment of our dreams in Beacon Hill in only 4 days! She was on top of the whole process and no matter how busy she was always made time to quickly answer my many questions. We never felt pressured or rushed and completely trusted her with our decision. Kristie is amazing at what she does. Overall this is a great realty company that I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to move to Beacon Hill. Kristie is very knowledgeable and personable.

With less than a week before moving to Boston from London, England our apartment (organised through another agency) suddenly fell through.With obvious panic and nervousness we scoured the Internet and found a new apartment on offer with Presidential Properties. Kristie came up trumps and with pure professionalism smoothly guided us through the process of securing the property, not least including successfully negotiating with the tenant managers a waiver on the usual interview prior to arrival.We then arrived late on a Saturday evening and unsure of the timing it would take us to clear immigration, collect baggage etc. Kristie set aside her evening to ensure that she would personally meet us at the apartment block. We called her as we climbed into a cab from Logan airport and not only was she there to greet us within minutes of our arrival, she had also been to pick up some essentials from one of my new colleagues!Unlike some agencies in England, the service hasn't ended now we are in the apartment. For instance, she has helped us set-up the cable television and also with finding the maintenance man when the sink was blocked. And I'm sure that if I have any other questions, she would be there to assist.All in all, she and Presidential Properties have delivered a highly professional service with reliability and courtesy. I have no hesitation in recommending them as agents.

I'd been looking for an apartment for a month when I stumbled upon Presidential Properties via Craigslist. Thank goodness I did! I worked with Kristie, and I can't recommend her enough. She's prompt, professional, friendly, and most importantly - listens to your needs. If you say you want a 1br, she's not going to try to show you a more expensive 2br or show you a dive-y studio. She lives in Beacon Hill and works in Beacon Hill, so she really knows the area. She walks you through each stage of renting and is a reliable and frank resource for all the little quirks of leases and management companies.

I was new to the city and in desperate need of a place to live. After looking myself for a couple of days I decided that it was hopeless. So I called a couple of rental companies, and they were nice, but did not really hear what I was looking for. Then we called Presidential, not only were they able to show us a number of properties immediately after calling, but they were also able to help me find furniture (free) for my new place. Everyone is very nice in the company and I would definately go back when I am looking to rent again.

When we met Presidential Properties we were in a jam. school year was starting and we had to move out of our old apt.

Kristie who came to our rescue was able within two weeks to lease a beautiful apt in Beacon Hill and at the same time -- help us break out of our old lease.
Presidential properties found a new tenant for our old apt in no time, and asked for nothing in return!

We received excellent personal service with high availability.

I used Presidential Properties on Beacon Hill to help find me a place to live. I was coming from out of state and they picked me up at Logan Airport, and set up an afternoon of apartments to look at. I worked with Rob and he was extremely knowledgeable. He knew the rental and sales market inside out, and was also able to give me all the information I needed on Boston. My work requires me to constantly be moving city to city, I have moved over 20 times in the past 15 years, and I must say I have never come across a real estate company like Presidential Properties. I would recommend working with Rob, as he would show you the entire city if you'd like, and he won't waste your time showing you places that you wont want to live at. He is a great judge of character and will find you the right place in a very timely manner. Good Luck Presidential !!!!
