I thought this would be a good setting for my 24th birthday party and in concept it was...but in person not so much. The staff is horrible and incredibly RUDE! I will NEVER go back! My group spent close to $1000.00 in games, drinks, food and tips and what we got in return was a extremely rude remark from the bartender Tenisha. When I informed the manager on duty, Yoloda Hall, I was treated as though I did something wrong. When I called back to report this to the general manager, I was basically called a liar. He said he could not believe his bartender would do such a thing and suggested I deserved any remark that was made. These people do not care about their costumers. They will take your money with little to no regard to whether you are satisfied with your experience. Our party was an adult party, however, after having experienced such unwarranted rude behavior and know what kinda of people this establishment hires, I would never allow any child in my care to visit Pin Strikes and suggest you take the same precaution. You're Welcome.

This has become the #1 choice for our family fun. The facility has everything you need for a night or day of enjoyment. A full restaurant & bar, billiards, laser tag, bumper cars, balladium and a huge arcade. Along with 28 lanes of bowling. They have servers who come to the lanes to take your order and you're allowed to eat there at the lanes if you like. The employees are all friendly and seem genuinely happy to assist us. Leagues are not their main focus, so lanes are always available! The cleanliness of this facility is unbelievable. Talk about upscale at afforable pricing! I even had my daughters 8th Birthday there and I didn't have to do a thing. The host catered to all the childrens needs and served the pizza & cake along with cleaning up. I've never seen that any where before. The Marketing Director even followed up after the party with a Thank you letter. Pin Strikes seems to really focus on Customer Service which you don't see these days.Once you go you'll never bowl anywhere else, Guaranteed!!

My family visits often we love the fact that its not just a bowling alley. The prices are reasonable but their is a weekend cover charge I love it because it keeps down some of the teenagers. Not only can you bowl you can also play video games, Lazer tag, bumper cars and all kinds of fun.

You can be here all day if your wallet will allow. They have it all, bowling, video games, laser tag, virtual bowling, food, a bar, pool, and you can enter card tournaments as well. Mondays are always full because of pricing. Worth a visit!

Pin strikes is an updated bowling alley. They have a virtual bowling lane, laser tag and some of the other modern arcade style games. I went for my children. They have a children's bowling league that is very reasonable. If your children don't want to bowl with a team open bowl for children is still quite reasonable - $5.00 includes games, shoes, hot dog and drink! Not bad for an alley.

First of all, Pin Strikes is the only bowling alley you can get to without a 15-20 minute drive from Stockbridge. I lived in Stockbridge prior to this place getting built, and this impediment kept me from going bowling. I was convinced to try it by the convenient location, and the first time I went I was truly impressed. They feature modern design, decor, and technology running the place, a pretty decent arcade area that includes ski-ball and DDR, a full service bar with a billiards area, and even lazer tag and a small bumper car area thrown in to boot. The wait staff is friendly and, most nights, prompt. They fill up on the weekend nights when they offer cosmic bowling, which is cool in a way that you won't ever want to admit to anyone else that you enjoy. You'll have to wait for a lane, but with the arcade and the bar this isn't so bad. They also offer the typical range of bowling alley food, from various pizzas and burgers to chicken fingers. The house girly drinks are tasty and priced reasonably.

I didn't list any of my negatives, so here they are: Wait times for a lane can grow up to 90 minutes on weekend nights, and occasionally the waitstaff (bringing food & drinks to you at the lanes) can get distracted during the really busy times. During off-hours you can always get good coupons (print them off the webiste) but during peak hours it is expensive. There's a "cover charge" on weekends to keep out teenage cruisers - it's $5 per person that you get back in house credit, so you get it back when you reserve your lane or buy a drink, but it's annoying. Final note: stay AWAY from anything even slightly complicated on the food menu, or risk regretting it. Burgers and pizza - yes. Chicken salad - no.
