Keller Williams - Ned Crystal

In September I accepted a job that required relocation from Phoenix to Atlanta. I asked a friend for advice on what area to look in, who immediately referred me to Ned as the foremost expert in the area. Ned definitely exceeded expectations, first sending me a list of potential places to match my needs, then identifying the best places based on my feedback for me to visit on a trip to Atlanta. His upfront preparation made for a successful visit as I was able to find the perfect spot for me in just 2 days. Ned also went above and beyond, and took extra time to show me around the area, as I was unfamiliar with Atlanta, pointing out local restaurants and attractions.

Even after finding the place, Ned walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was set for me when I arrived in Atlanta. A task I didn't always make easy for him as I was struggling with certain logistics with my moving company in Arizona, but Ned always stayed a step ahead. After arriving in Atlanta, Ned has even called me on multiple occasions to welcome me to the community and also answering questions and providing advice on the best places to eat and alternative roads avoid traffic (well as much as possible in Atlanta).

I can say without a doubt that this cross country move was easier than any local move I've ever dealt with and Ned is the main reason for that. I've already told co-workers who may be moving to the area about him and will continue to recommend him to anyone for all the help he provided me.

Without any hesitation, I recommend Ned - he is wonderful - a true professional and a great guy! We had been trying to sell my condo for over a year with other realtors. Ned came in with knowledge and experience in the Smyrna area - he had a game plan and from the word "go" we felt like he was working with us to get it sold. He was in touch via email and phone weekly to provide updates, research, and ideas on what we could do to sell. We had the winning offer come in the day I went into labor - Ned was amazing keeping everything moving forward as we dealt with being first time parents. We will work with him again in a heartbeat and will send our friends his way.

I reached out to Ned through reputable referrals. I needed a solution and fast for my job was relocating me out of town. Unfortunately, I placed Ned in a difficult sales position for I was selling a condo in a market with condo's galore.
Ned was candid in my condo being a difficult sell and made a number of suggestion. Once I followed through on Ned's suggestion, we saw immediate "positive" results. I received a contract shortly there after and the rest was history.
I have recommended and will continue to recommend Ned in the future.

This guy is GREAT! The best Realtor I've used - EVER!! Ned has worked with me continually over the course of the past year to better understand the area and the local housing market - giving me tips on traffic patterns, local hot spots, safety points, and other things to think about as a newcomer to Atlanta. Sooo helpful!! His customer service is unlike any other realtor I've ever worked with, even driving hours in the rain across town to take loads of pictures of the houses that I thought I liked - but didn't (sorry Ned!).

The other thing is that the realtors I've used before all seemed to be out just for the money - kind of sleazy like and never out of "selling" mode. This guys is TOTALLY not like that. I almost feel like he's become one of my best friends and we've only met in person ONCE when I came to Atlanta for the weekend to scope things out prior to closing on my house. Maybe I'm crazy, but he really just made me feel like all he wanted to do was help me create the perfect life for me when I get to Atlanta as a young professional woman and that this business truly is his passion - not just a way to make more money for himself. It seems pretty rare these days to find someone like that.

I can't say enough about this guy - trust me just use him!
