Earlier, our reproductive specialist had called in a prescription for my wife with 3 refills. Later, we attempted to a get a refill of this prescription at Walgreens. We call in the morning and left a message that we were coming in for a refill, as the pharmacy staff was not available. Showed up at noon and they said they had no record of our prescription. We had to page our doctor, who was also not able to connect with the pharmacy staff but left an order by phone. Called that evening and was once again rudely told they did not have a prescription. After close questioning they admitted they did have a prescription but it didn??t match their records. Huh? Their system can handle only one person with a particular name? When they could give no legal reason why they couldn??t fill the prescription, they relented and said it would be ready later that evening. We showed up a after the appointed time ?? no prescription. When asked why, the pharmacy staff acted belligerently and refused to talk to us. Even when my wife told them this prescription was vital for her pregnancy they refused to help us. It took us again calling the on-call doctor and the intervention of the store manager to get the prescription. The pharmacy staff at this location were unprofessional, rude, passive-aggressive, and abusive. Spare yourself a horrific experience and shop somewhere else.

While traveling to the Wenatchee area I realized I had forgotten one of my daily prescriptions at home. I called Walgreen's there in Wenatchee to see if I could get the medication refilled and the pharmacists informed me that I had no refills left! By the time I called it was 8 pm on a Friday night, there was no way I would be able to get a refill from my doctor before Monday. The pharmacists graciously offered a partial refill, enough to get me through the weekend. We drove up less than a half hour later, picked it up and were on our way!

Today i went into Walgreen pharmacy to fill a prescription and needless to say I was not impressed in the least. I was in a hurry because I had to pick up my daughter from pre-school and I just wanted to drop off the prescription and return and pick it up after I had picked my little girl up. There were 4 people in the pharmacy and one gentleman that was in front of me while I was waiting in line asking about a medication that wasn't going to be filled at that moment. I tried asking one of the other pharmacist that weren't helping the gentleman if I could drop my the prescription off and return to pick it up and was rudely told to wait my turn in line. I don't know how much the prescription would have been because needless to say I went somewhere else to fill it up.I would pay double on a prescription if it meant that I would be treated with respect. I am a younger looking man(28 years old) that dresses younger and I think that this had something to do with the way that I was treated. I will not ever recommend Walgreen's pharmacy to anybody that needs a prescription filled even though they do have a 24 hour drive up window for there pharmacy. I would tell a person to wait till another pharmacy is open to fill there pharmaceutical needs.
