I had two major deadlines this morning. When I went to my computer to log on, I couldn't. I was frantic and immediately started calling around. I reached Ever at Smart Techs and due to my urgency, he squeezed me into his schedule.
He fixed my problem within less than an hour as well as took the time to show me how to handle some issues I was having with my computer.
Fantastic service and I will definitely be contacting him again in the near future when I buy another laptop and from now on for all computer troubleshooting problems.
You will also be just as pleased as I was with his service!!!

I called SmartTechs early this morning for desperate help installing a new printer. They came within hours, installed the printer and consulted on other concerns. They had been highly recommended by a friend and I totally agree. Being my first time using them, I felt very comfortable with the professional service and knowledge. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends.

After a computer meltdown and hours spent with a variety of other "experts" trying to fix it, I found Smart Techs in Gaithersburg, MD. Not only did they fix my computer, but they delivered it to my house and reinstalled it to make sure everything was working properly. They discovered a separate problem with a connector for my ethernet cable and gave me excellent recommendations on how to repair it. Smart Techs did everything asked of them within the time promised, and were extremely professional. On top of that, the price was much lower than the price I would have paid at some of the leading computer repair places, and the work was done faster than it would have been done at those places. I really felt like I got more than my money's worth, and I would definitely use Smart Techs again for computer hardware and software issues.

In our business we rely heavily on both our hardware and software to provide consistant and trouble-free support in our daily activities. As this is not always the case, we've had to find a partner that will provide those same services so as to keep our business up and running efficiently. Smart Techs has provided us with that. Whether it be in-shop repairs or remote troubleshooting, Smart Techs has been a relaible and valuable addition to our team. We had a hardware problem recently, and were looking for a new hardware tech to help us set up a new software system for our business. I called Ever, and he was able to come out that afternoon. It just so happens that since then we have had all kinds of things going wrong with the old system, and we're not quite ready to switch over to the new system. Ever has been a life saver, responding quickly to our calls for help, replying to email questions, researching the setup for our new system, and being so patient with all our questions! I'm so glad we found Smart Techs, and I would highly recommend them for your hardware repair or networking needs.

Even they got back to me after 24 hours, they fixed my computer within 24 hours. I waited to make sure that they did a good job and, yes, the problem is solved.

Our small company just recently ordered new computers (4 in total) and we called Smart Techs to install our computers (applicable programs, multiple printers, etc...) and connect us to our wireless network. Smart Techs responded immediately to our inquiry, made an apptm. to come out a.s.a.p and within hours we were up and running. Their prices were extremely competetive and fair, and their service was fantastic! We will be using them from here on out, and feel grateful to have them available to assist with our computer needs!!

It was late Friday afternoon and Smart Techs came to our resue!!!
They were very kind and understanding and extremely patient with us...fixed my daughters computer quickly and made a teenager very happy!!!

A great service. They repaired my PC when other services could not, and did it in a timely manner.More important, Everett took the time to expain the problem, and solution, in a manner I could understand it. This is the service I plan to use from this point foward.

Dropped my computer off yesterday and got it back today. So far so good! They were friendly and provided a free quote. Also a 30 day warranty on my repair. Great place all around.

Highly recommend. Woke up to a dead PC. Called Smart Techs, and they had someone pick it up the same day. The next day, I got a call diagnosing the problem, which they promptly fixed. I could have picked it up that day but preferred to wait until the following day, when I got home delivery (and he nicely reattached all cables and booted it up for me). All for $99. Would definitely use them again.

Project: Return To Work Inc. (R2W) helps soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan get back to work, back to life. Smart Techs came to one of our soldier's home and got him connected to the internet in just a few minutes,... as compared to the Comcast technician who spent two hours and still wasn't able to solve the problem. I'd recommend Smart Tech to anyone who needs honest and competent help.

My Computer was acting up for a few weeks and then all of the sudden it just died. I didn't know what I had done wrong and found my self lost and confused. I went on line from my friends laptop and found Smart Techs. One reason I chose them was because of their guarantee that if they can't fix it You don't pay. I made a appointment. And was serviced with in 24 hours. Which was awesome because other Corporate companies always take about 2-4 days to come out (if your lucky). When the technician came out he was friendly and very respectful. He explained what the problem was and what had to be done to fix it. I got my PC back in two days nice and clean. I was very pleased I LOVED the small business feel that the company has. I was treated like a valued customer. And that is hard to find now a days with all these computer repair companies out here claiming to be the best. I highly recommend them.
