My PC went into overload when I got a virus or some download from a blog site. I called around and everyone wanted hundreds after all was said and done, and had a waiting list. But Computer Renaissance got me in the same day and made my computer work again. For under $100 they even loaded me up with a virus and greyware protection program to avoid the program in the future. I was very impressed and of course grateful.

Hey I went in to see these guy's they were very friendly and let me ask as many dumb questions as i wanted! I know that sounds strange but I am not the brightest when it comes to computers.
They built my son a computer and man is it fast! I cant tell you half the things they put in it but i can tell you they took the time to ask me what i needed and why it was important.
My son plays WOW and he is a big computer person, so he told me what his computer needed to do and I went to see them.
I went to Shop Best Buy and Circuit City but they seemed to busy to help me understand and they made me feel more stupid then i already felt about it. I just wanted to say thanks to those guys and to all those who read this, check them out!
They are down to earth and make you understand in your terms.
And as you guessed my son had to help me write this cause computers aren't my thing!
