I haven't really priced other services out, but I can say the price seemed reasonable. As well as upfront with the total before the repairs where made. Most of all the service man was prompt, friendly and was willing to be honest about the problem with our apartment. Also he went above and beyond to help remove the folding doors that were once covering the space.

I manage a few apartment buildings, and appliance issues are always a problem. The worst is when the tenant calls me at night and tells me that they just bought their groceries and the refrigerator doesnt cool. Not surprisingly, it's a real mess. But as soon as I call Atlanta appliance repair service they respond right away and get the job done almost immediately. Their professionalism makes it very easy on me and saves me a lot of time dealing with unhappy tenants. They also give me general maintenance tips on how to prevent our refrigerators and dishwashers from needing future repairs. I have even called on a Saturday with a emergency leaking problem and got same day service. Incredible! Atlanta Appliance Repair always sends technician quickly and on time! And their prices and fair. As I said, they are my appliance repair heroes.

I found Atlanta Appliance Repair online and what a GREAT find it is! The appliance service technician got to my house when he said he would. Also, as I requested, he called me 15 min. before arriving.

The front burner on my stove wasnt lighting and since neither my husband or I know anything about appliances, I thought I should just pay a reliable appliance Repair Company to take care of it. And, surprisingly, the appliance repair technician was very professional and courteous, and even cleaned up the entire stove. He didn't have to do this, but I thought it was a nice touch. And the cost for my stove repair was very fair, especially considering that this was at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night.

As a new homeowner, my budget is very limited. But that's doesnt mean Im cheap I gladly pay more if I know I'm getting a good service.

Atlanta Appliance Repair was recommended by my coworker. I was having problem with my Kenmore washer, which was leaking. Since I am on a limited budget, I didnt want to buy new washer -- so I was in search for reliable appliance Repair Company.

The appliance service technician came on time. He repaired the washer quickly, which was imperative since I took some time off from work and I was on very tight timeline. He was very polite and professional, and I definitely got a good price.

I had Atlanta Appliance Repair come to my house for three issues:

-My GE oven wasnt heating on the bottom.
-My Bosh dishwasher door wasnt closing.
-My Kenmore dryer was taking too long to dry clothes.

The Atlanta Appliance Repair technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of clearly explaining my options. Unlike other home improvement technicians that we've come across, he definitely didn't seem like he was out to make a quick buck.

He ended up fixing the all my appliance problems. And, for the oven problem, he reset the control panel which took him less than five minutes. When I offered to pay for that, he just said that that was on the house.

I will definitely call Atlanta Appliance Repair again.

First I would like to let you know why this may be an unusual review - the reason for this is because I am commenting on this business for not doing business with me!!

I found that my washer was leaking from the back. The technician from Atlanta Appliance Repair investigated the leaking problem and told me that I really didn't have much of a problem at all. He showed me how to solve it on my own and told me how to prevent something like this from happening in the future. Since I obviously had an honest person in my house, I also mentioned other electrical and painting issues that I was having in the kitchen. The technician checked out what I was talking about and recommended different contractors and stores for me to visit. I then asked about the cost. But since it was a problem that I could solve on my own, he just charged me the appliance service call.

This is clearly a very unusual business practice. I am certain that in some point of our lifes, we all may have been taken advantage of by different professionals, whether it be for appliance repair, plumbing, car repair, simply because we may not have much knowledge about their field. However, the Atlanta Appliance Repair technician was so kind to help a senior citizen save several hundreds dollars. I am very impressed with this service and company's policies and employees. I have been telling my friends about them ever since!

Next time if I need something to be fixed on my appliances I am definitely calling Atlanta Appliance Repair. They have my business from now on and if I have any say about it - all of my friends' business
as well!!!
