our engllish bulldog Heidi has been going to k9 kingdom twice a week for the last year. we call it going to school & when you ask her if she wants to go to school she just cant wait to get in the car to go. everyone there is just so friendly & loving to Heidi. its great that on the days she is there she can also get her nails done & also get groom. we just can not say enough wonderful things about k-9 kingdom. thanks to all

Our Boxer, Tyson, has been attending K9 Kingdom since he was aprrox. 6months old. Tyson absolutely loves this place! His little nub waggles like crazy each time we walk into the door, and the staff is always so kind in showering Tyson with a welcoming committee of attention.
During the winter months, my husband & I would drop Tyson off at K9 Kingdom for a few hours almost daily, but we have now reduced Tyson's summer visits to two days a week. K9 Kingdom provides my husband and I the ability to exercise our 1 yr old Boxer all day long while the two of us are at work.
Two days a week, we drop Tyson off in the morning and pick him up on our way home from work, and Tyson's extremely tired & relaxed the rest of the night! K9 Kingdom gives Tyson a break in his 'crated' routine, and enables him to socialize & play all day long. As a bonus, upon drop off, we also have the ability to request for Tyson to have his nails clipped, or bathed throughout his daycare day (which makes things SO much easier!).
K9 Kingdom is so convenient & the staff is amazing. It's nice to have a trustworthy place to take our pet during the day (outside of the outdoor parks with us), to help us to relax in the evenings (if only for two days a week!).
Thank you K9 Kingdom! You are truly Tyson's refuge!

K9 Kingdom is a terrific boarding, daycare, and grooming facility. You can go in, any time of the day, and see the same friendly faces of experienced and commited staff. The facilty is exceptionally clean, and has a very well trained staff in animal behaviors. My One year old, lab mix has been going there since she is 4 months old, and she loves it!!! I would not consider taking my animals to any other facility. They also offer animal training both class, and private lessons. We LOVE K9 Kingdom!

K9 KIngdom is a great place for dogs. It has a variety of services including day care, boarding, and grooming. The prices are reasonable and a discount can be obtained by belonging to Animal Friends. Our dogs love day care. They get excited when we pull up to the building. There is lots of room to run and equiment to play on. We take one of our dogs there for grooming. Kim gives him the best hair cut we have found in the area.

We are so happy with K9 Kingdom. We take our dog here 2 days a week for doggie daycare. He literally drags me to the door as soon as we get out of the car, he's so excited to be there! He comes home completely pooped from his day. The staff there couldn't be any nicer - they are always friendly and efficient. We love it and so does Bert!

I wanted to write you tell you that your Grooming Staff ( Kim and Saraina) is/are absolutely Top Notch! Recently, I had Samantha who is my 9 year old Samoyed with a multitude of health problems (hip dysplasia, a heart condition and the start of blindness) groomed at K-9 Kingdom. With spring/summer right around the corner, it is important that she is groomed to keep her coat manageable and to keep her as cool as possible. Because she does not tolerate grooming well as it hurts her hips to brush and pull out the undercoat, she is very resistant to grooming. Because of this, her undercoat has been unmanageable because it traps dirt and moisture leaving her skin very dry, scaly and itchy not to mention numerous sore areas. Your staff was very receptive to me staying with her so that she could remain calm during her grooming in addition to allowing her frequent breaks because her hips cannot tolerate long stretches of standing. They were patient, kind and compassionate. I cant tell you how much this meant to me and Samantha. She is absolutely beautiful! Because her undercoat is now gone, I can actually feel her skin for the first time in years. Also the Tea Tree special shampoo and conditioner that was recommended was soothing on her skin and coat. She is the softest that she has ever felt. I can tell she feels so good, too by her frequent aroos when I tell her how pretty she looks. It is so apparent, that K-9 Kingdom really cares about the animals and not about how many animals it can groom in a days time. Thank you so much for caring and employing groomers who are knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend K-9 Kingdom. Koda, Samantha and Allie will be making frequent visits.

A total disappointment. Brought several of my friends and there dogs here to enjoy a fun day romping, and left totally disappointed with the facility and the staff. The "indoor dog park" was nothing more than a concrete pad with a fence around it...very few play items and pee everywhere..I would never utilize the day care as dogs were left unattended in the dog park and not corrected for inappropriate behavior (fighting, mating attempts)...I would not recommend anyone ever go here, unless you like disappointment. The positive reactions they received here must be the owner's friends because no respectable dog owner would bring and leave their dog here

I find it surprising that someone in the dog care industry has no idea what are in certain shots. I recently brought my dog in and he was denied because no one could figure out what a Galaxy 5 shot was. After I explained what it was he was still not able to join in the dog fun. I understand there is a responsibility to protect animals against disease but I would think that the staff would know some common vaccination knowledge. If your dog has received a Galaxy 5 or 7 from your breeder be sure to have them write down what was exactly in these shots because the staff has no veterinary background.

I have taken my dog Snickers to K9 Kingdom several times. He loves it there! The daycare is great....so much better than leaving the dogs home alone! And the indoor dog park is awesome! The dogs get lots of exercise and the weather is always great...no matter what is going on outside! The staff is always very polite and caring. They take great care of Snickers and I highly recommend this place!

My dog Kedzie and I highly recommend K9 Kingdom. We've been using the facility since June 2008 and have been thoroughly impressed each time we go. We've participated in the group classes, which I again highly recommend because Christin Bummer, the owner of K9 Kingdom keeps the classes small. Kedzie attends daycare regularly and many of the special events that K9 Kingdom hosts. Just recently we particpated in a dog wash-a-thon that benefited military dogs. While Kedzie was getting a bath, I was able to shop around some other "pet-friendly" local businesses who had booths at K9 Kingdom. I'm also thrilled that Kedzie will be able to go to K9 Kingdom for overnight boarding. The facilty and staff are top-notch. I know Kedzie is in good hands when he is at K9 Kingdom. Kedzie and I are definitely clients for life. Thanks Christin and the entire staff at K9 Kingdom for coming into our community.

K-9 Kingdom is such a welcome addition to the Wexford, and greater North Hills area. Kristin runs a first-class facility which keeps our dogs active, happy, healthy. The added plus is the on-site grooming and now, overnight boarding. Cooper M. just loves his time spent there running, sniffing dogs and barking....yep, he can't help himself. He loves his days playing with his pals and as one of the first clients utilizing this playground, he has spread the word to his neighbors, Roxie and Riley! Cooper highly reccomends K-9 Kingdom.

Our active dog loves visiting his canine and human friends! We know that he will come home happy and tired from a full day of play. The caring, experienced staff members encourage our dog to be active and engage him in playtime, but also help him learn how to play as a dog with a group of other dogs.
K9 Kingdom is run by Christin Bummer, a conscientious and hardworking entrepreneur. Christin is responsive to the needs of her customers and meticulous about enforcing K9 Kingdoms health care policies. We all love K9 Kingdom!

My puppy thinks K9 Kingdom is the best!!! She is a very tired puppy when she comes home to allow me to do things I need to get done. She goes to the daycare and the dog park on Saturdays and Sundays. Great staff who care and love her as much as she loves them!!! Keep up the good work!

K-9 Kingdom is a wonderful facility. We are new to the Wexford area, and one of our concerns was finding a place for our very energetic dogs. We were very pleased to find that the staff is incredibly friendly, and treat our dogs as if they were their own. The facility is always clean, and there is always a staff member in the play area to make sure the dogs do not get too aggressive. I highly recommend K-9 Kingdom!

Our dog Gunner just loves K9 Kingdom! And so do we!
The staff knows and loves him like he is one of their own.
He loves to run and play with other dogs his size and always comes home tired, but happy! Their website is wonderful and always keeps you up to date on their calendar events. And their on-line reservation option is a quick and easy way to make a reservation.
We are so glad that we found this place and would recommend it to other dog owners!

read about the place in the postgazette, saw it was close, new and a young entrepreneur. so i decided to try it out- my puppies are well behaved at home, but in public they are to distracted to listen. also they are about a year old so i was looking for a bday party place. i emailed from their website and still never got an answer about the party rates until i reminded the person answering my phone call that i never got a reply. (the party was just a cost comparison but still took me about 10 days for an answer. so during the phone call i set an appointment for a solo training between my two dogs, myself and a trainer. when i arrived for the appointment i had to wait for 20 minutes in the waiting room to be informed that my appojtment is canceled but they would be glad to let me fill out papers for the next time ... WHAT !?! NEXT TIME ?!?! R U KIDDING ME? !

My dog loves K9 Kingdom. He can't wait to get inside. Everyone is so friendly and nice, each one knows my dog and treats him as if they were old friend. There are separate dogs parks under one roof, one for pups, one for small dogs and one for the big boys. There is always supervision in the park and a time out room for those who get over stimulated. This has made my life so much easier, I can send my dog out to daycare while I take care of necessary running around and when I get him back he is TIRED! I love a tired dog!K9 Kingdom also has a social calendar and they host events so I can go out have fun and do things with my dog!I know I will always be at K9 Kingdom over the winter.. I think the idea of having a place to go, be social with other dog owners and still be warm, is fantastic.My dog even has a K9 Kingdom T Shirt!He thinks he rules!Jean and Einstein

My dogs have been to K9 Kingdom twice and seem to love it. I am impressed with the professional staff who are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and pleasant. I feel good knowing my dogs are being cared for by people who truly love dogs!
