MotorWorld Chrysler Dodge Jeep

My 2004 jeep liberty has been an absolute nightmare. About 1 year ago it suffered major engine failure which was supposedly repaired... at Jeep's expense, and once again it is not running. We took the jeep to our local garage which stated the problem was the head gasket and that the catalytic converters are plugged with burnt antifreeze. I had to add antifreeze to the vehicle once a month or I would have no heat. There is no antifreeze leak nor is there any antifreeze in the oil. This vehicle has been to 3 different private garages in the past year since Jeeps "fix" and no one can understand what is wrong with it just that it is apparently burning the engine coolant. I contacted jeep and they told me to have it towed at my expense to a certified jeep dealer and they would determine if they would offer any assistance. I did so. I had the vehicle towed to Motor world in Wilkes-Barre Pa. In the mean time I was contacted by a woman from Chrysler who was also in contact with Motorworld. She told me Jeep would offer no assistance. I was then given motorworld's diagnosis. I told them of my garages diagnostics and my experience with the antifreeze. I trust this garage having been treated fairly for 12 + years. Motorworld at 1st told me they would look into this but then all of a sudden they cant look into that problem until I pay them $1200 to fix "the timing belt tensioned" (Their diagnosis). When I tell my garage this or anyone else that knows much more about cars than me all they can do is laugh out loud or shake their head in disgust!!!! How in the world could they not diagnose this problem!?!?! Today I went to pay my $170 diagnostic fee (YES $170!!!!) to motorworld and after paying them and getting the keys I found that these, as they call themselves "certified technicians" had piled a whole bunch of other miscellaneous parts from under the hood into the cargo area of the jeep!!!!! It looks like a small junkyard in the back of my vehicle!!! The dealership was specifically advised not to remove or repair anything!!! Just diagnostics!!!! So now I've spent $95 to have the jeep towed to motorworld, $170 to have motorworlds incompetents hack my jeep into parts for a diagnostic that I dont feel is accurate, and then another $95 to have the vehicle towed back to my garage to fix their mess!!!! HOW IN THE WORLD THESE HACKS THINK ITS OK TO REMOVE PARTS FROM A VEHICLE TO PERFORM A DIAGNOSTIC AND THEN STACK THEM IN THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE I PRESUME BECAUSE THEY JUST DIDNT FEEL LIKE PUTTING THEM BACK POSITIVELY BLOWS MY MIND!!!!!! LET ALONE THAT THEY THEN CHARGED ME $175 FOR IT!!!!!
