MotorWorld Honda

They have the worst customer service for buying a car. They are rude, treat customers as one would treat cattle in a herd. A 62 year old women asked a question about a honda car and the salesman stated back to her how am suppose to know I am not a honda engineer, what do you think it is part of my job description to know about the car. All she asked was why they put a small window in front of the side mirrors. When she brought it up to Rick Osick, she was treated as a liar and told she could by else where. I would say buy anywhere than here, just imagine what it will be like once you have to get the car serviced there.

When I went to Motorworld to buy my car the service was outstanding. The sales team and managers were willing to work with me and get me exactly what I wanted. Five star service.
