Sue Conklin is who you want to train with no matter what your goals with your dog. From basic manners, to behavioral modifications, to competition.
Sue is a motivational, positive trainer who doesn't compromise reliability. My dogs get compliments constantly on their obedience and great attitudes. In fact with Sue's help, my rescue dog won his class his very first time in the ring, and his second, on the third day the team that beat us are also Puppy Nanny students :)

Sue Conklin is the best! She is a wonderful trainer--quiet, laid-back style, emphasis on positive reinforcement---and she encourages the dogs to THINK! (Think it through, puppy! You'll see this is the right decision to make!) And as a result, we humans think more and become very attuned to our own body language, and even how we move our eyes. This is our first dog---Meco is very energetic, driven Dachshund/Corgi cross---and we love Sue because she teaches you how to work with your dog's behavioral style. And helps you out with the frustration you will inevitably feel! Our dog is responding beautifully! Sue offers many different kinds of classes and we are currently in Rally Obedience and plan to do some Nosework classes, too. We'll have that Novice Rally title soon! Thank you, Sue. You're the best! Teach us more!!!

Sue, The Puppy Nanny is amazing with animals. She is patient and demonstrates the skills so that the students (dog and person) can learn them. She adapts the lessons to meet the needs of the students. You can't go wrong!
