Nu U Medspa-Schaumburg

went in for a consultation for a fat-loss treatment called lipodissolve and also a laser treatment to go with it. purchased 8 treatments. have done 4, and lost 3 inches. am very happy, bcz have been trying to lose inches in stomach for past two years. giving 4 stars for now but if results continue like this, will change to 5 stars. my sister and mom are starting treatments soon... all 3 of us were intersted but decided i went first to see if works. it does. nurse is very sweet.

I originally purchased a laser hair removal package from Sona Med Spa, and did not have the greatest experience with them (they cancelled my appointments or were running behind, and the manager was never there)... so I was a little leery when Sona closed down and Nu U Med Spa opened. At first I was worried that I had lost my unused treatments since I had purchased them from Sona, however they quickly assured me that they would honor my package and continue to treat me.
Let me tell you that Nu U is the best thing that could've happened to that place! Everyone was very warm and friendly and professional. When I finished my laser hair removal package on my legs, it was a no-brainer to purchase more (Now I'm doing my bikini line), and so far so good.
Oh, and I should also mention that I work part time in Lincoln Park, so I went to the Nu U there twice for treatments, and they were just as good over there.
These lovely young ladies that work at Nu U are some of the sweetest, friendliest people I've ever encountered. (And its wonderful to not worry about shaving or waxing again).

I want to share, because I do not wan anyone to have my experience. The service is lazy. Not returning messages, changing your appointemnt with short notice, misunderstanding your requests, and over many visit, a lot of frustration.
