Jayson DeMarco might be the best Chef in North Boston. We enjoy seeing him at the Bistro 44 every month.His fusion of Italian, Asian and American cuisine is definitely one of a kind.

World Class Cuisine

I went last Saturday night to the "Bistro 44". At first the outside of the hotel looks like any other, but when i went inside i was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant is also very nice. The menu has alot to choose from from kobe beef tataki to a great version of steak tartar. My favorite is the sea bass with chili prawns, is might be the best thing I've ever put into my mouth! really really good.the baby bok choy was cooked in roasted garlic and the prawns are like lobster tails.

I LOVE THE FOOD

we went to the bistro 44 last night, first the bistro is located in the double tree Bedford Glen hotel in bedford ma., this scared me at first, but the menu is far from a typical hotel menu. The steak was the best I have ever had period.. I thought the chef Jayson Demarco was very nice to come out and greet us with a special first course. We will be going back real soon.
