I ordered my daughter a nap mat from Posy Lane this past Thur and I received it on Saturday with her name embroidered on it! It is so adorable and the shipping and customer service at Posy Lane cannot be beat! Thank you so much! Ellie will have the cutest nap mat at school! I will recommend Posy Lane to all my friends!

The team at Posy Lane obviously take their business and customers serious. The level of attention they have shown me has been unbelievable. I really feel that they have my interests at heart first and foremost, assuring that I am happy with my all my needs. They always greet me when I visit the store, addressing me by Name, and have already learned what my personal interests and likes. While I know they have tons of customers, they certainly make me feel like I'm important to them. Now that's how you deliver customer service.

Posy Lane is the best gift store that I have come across in the Plano, Allen, McKinney, Frisco area. This is the place I go whenever I need a gift, want something embroidered or invitations of any type. Kerry and Nathan are wonderful people who will do everything to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. I have always had a wonderful experience and never been disappointed. Kerry will go out of her way to please a Customer. Always pleasant and cheerful. I have told all my friends about Posy Lane and now that's where they go too!

We love to buy invitations at Posy Lane and coordinate the printing and copy writing via email. This helps me as a working mom be efficient and create fun invitations and gifts. The customer service is what makes using Posy Lane better than buying and printing at home. From fun to elegant, I've done it all and enjoy interacting with Kerry and Nathen, the owners.

Kerry truly is amazing. I ordered programs for my wedding when she wasn't there and when they came in, I misunderstood the layout. I told Kerry they weren't what I was expecting and she reordered them, no charge. When they came back with 2 blank pages (manufacturer's goof) I freaked because there wasn't enough time. Kerry got the manufacturer to comp me the charge and then she drove over an 1 hour to my hotel to glue the pages together and stayed until all programs were done. I doubt many other places would have done the same, but she wanted to make sure that I had great programs and a great experience with Posy Lane. Now whenever I need a unique or cute gift, I drive the hour and 15 minutes to Posy Lane. Thanks so much Kerry!

Whenever I have a unique gift to buy, I think of Posey Lane. They have the most unique items in their store. We have used their monogramming services and have been pleased with the final product. Kerrie, the owner is very welcoming, helpful, joyful and above all very professional. One day I just went to Posey Lane to say hi to Kerrie, as she is always happy to see my girls and our guide dog in training. I would highly recommend taking a look into this store and the life of Posey Lane - Kerrie will make your experience memorable!

Posey Lane is absolutely one of my very favorite stores to shop! It is not strange for Kerrie Barton to see me walk through her doors once or twice a week!! I love how friendly and genuine that Kerrie and Nathen are. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. I agree that the disgruntled customer's story is a little fishy. I have never seen Kerrie act anything but professional and accommodating. I have only wonderful things to say about Posey Lane, and I wish them much success!

I LOVE this store! The products are wonderful, and the quality of work for monogramming and printing is excellent (and I'm a perfectionist).

I went to Posy Lane in search of nap rolls for my kids. I found them and wanted to add a little something special for my kids and Posy Lane ruined it. On my sons I asked for a motif of a deer that they had in one of their notebooks. I asked for the colors to be the same as in the book. The owner said okay and wrote on the order form in front of me "color-as is". I went to pick them up after 7 days of waiting and the deer was bright orange. I was too shocked to say anything at the moment so I just paid and left. I called the very next morning and spoke to the owner about it. She said the motif's do not always come out exactly like the picture. She said she chose orange because she thought it would be the best color. I told her I didn't understand because she said the colors were okay and put the order in. She said "That's just the way it is", and hung up on me. UNBELIEVABLE!

Posey Lane made our life easier during a hectic time. She printed the wedding invitations, response cards and envelopes beautifully. The cost was amazing for what we got, and the turn around time was fast. I would recommend Posey Lane to any one and every one. If you are looking for quality customer service and product this is the place to go.

Posy Lane is one of my favorite stores in McKinney Square. I love paper and Posy Lane has one of the biggest selections in the DFW area. Plus every time I go they have something new and a tremendous selection of gift items. As an example they carry these adorable monogrammed mugs from Its a Wrap and while I have seen a few at other stores, Posy Lane has six of each letter. Each choice has a different monogrammed fabric.

I am price conscious and this store gives a great value. Socially Write wanted $63 for 30 invitations. I got the same invitations from Posy Lane for $60, printed and with a proof!

Paper lion refused to print on both the inside and outside of a folded-card invitation and had extra fees for printing in color and having two fonts. Posy Lane did it all for a flat fee!

They are one of the best gift and invitation stores in the metroplex. The owner is usually in the store and gives great service. However I have started buying off their website because I can come to the store just once to pick up my invitations. And now I see they have their monogramming and embroidery services on the web.

Posey Lane is THE place for all stationary needs - from a pretty hand-written note, to printed invites for every occasion. Personally, I was on a time-crunch for bridal shower invites, and didn't want to spend a bazillion dollars to get something classy, refined & fun. Kerrie, one of the owners, helped me by asking the right questions with the greatest of sincerity - I ended up ordering another dozen! The great thing is, and I did my homework, Posey Lane will print any and all invites for a very small flat rate, each. When checking on-line, the big print companies wanted a minimum order of 100 - 150, plus add'l $$$$ for upgrading a font!! At Posey Lane, I ordered my little four dozen invites; got to choose a beautiful script font, approved the final print on-line - via email, and had my invites assembled & put in the envelopes ready to address. Now THAT'S customer service which deserves 5+ stars! Also, check out their great gift items - items similar to Red Envelope & Chicago Arts Institute gifts. This store has the greatest unique gift items and the best stationary selection around...and it's soooo close! Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and great selection.

I can't say enough good things about Posy Lane. I love personalized stationary and they provide it in spades at a wonderful price point. Kerrie and Nathan provide outstanding customer service including emailing you a proof copy of your personalized piece for your approval before final printing. They have many, many selections and a boxed set of personalized note cards can be had for less than $20. I have even emailed them what I want, they send back the proof and I only go in the store to pick it up. They also have lots of personalized gift items - towels, coffee tumblers, etc and are adding a section specializing in wedding items. I got teacher gifts there at Christmas - the men teachers loved the personalized note paper that had their name and email address on it. Definately worth a visit! They are right off the square in McKinney.

They always have the cutest things at this store. I know their specialty is invitations but they have such a diverse selection of gifts too. Seriously- I was able to buy my toddler a few super fun toys for Christmas, my mom a really nice pink, leather passport cover (just like the one in "O" magazine!) and all my Christmas cards too. Every time I go I see something new. Like the other reviews have said, the customer service really is superb. You just can't find friendly, knowledgeable service like that anymore. I would highly recommend this store.

Posy Lane is like having Paper Lion inside a Swoozies but with excellent customer service except now I dont have to drive to Dallas anymore! My children LOVE their invitations. All I had to do was tell her the details of Olivias birthday party and Kerrie came up with a great little jingle for the invitation. I know exactly where to send my single girlfriends as they get married for their wedding invitations.

I love monograms and Kerrie has a huge selection of monogrammed gift ideas and her monogramming fee is cheap!

Finally!!!! A cool stationery / gift store with unending personality and pizazz, right here in McKinney Texas!!! Within 24 hours I ordered the cutest birthday invitations, grabbed some unique gifts as I left Posy Lane, reviewed my set-up on line, picked up my invitations and had them in the mail!!

Posey Lane is where I always go for hip and unique gifts, invitations and calling cards. Kerrie is so helpful and makes the shopping experience enjoyable. This is my one-stop-gift-shop! Now the secret's out!

If you are like me, and love to give gifts that no one has ever seen before, then Posy Lane is for you!! You can shop for every age person from your Grandpa to the new baby in the family. They have great prices and a fantastic selection and there are always new things to see every time you go in. I can't tell you how many times I have been complimented on something and I just say "Got is at Posy Lane"! I highly recommend checking it out.

This is a great little shop that I will be going to again and again! We ordered save-the-date and wedding invitations through Kerrie at Posy Lane, and she could not have been more helpful. Kerrie is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and we were so happy to work with her. She really gave us personal attention! The other products in the store are really cute and fun, and I definitely want to buy more things from there. Overall, really great! Highly recommended!
