Voree was excellent!!! When I called Voree I spoke to Danny and he said I could bring in my computer at anytime. Once I came in everyone stopped what they were doing to help me immediately. I had a new larger hard drive installed on my laptop and they copied everything from my old hard drive to my new one so that I did not have to re-install windows or save all my old files--this saved a lot of time. Tim provided frequent email updates of the progress being made on my computer, and everyone was more than willing to answer any questions. Moreover all the work was completed in the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Voree.

I took my computer to Voree to get it fixed. They were very professional and timely and were able to fix my problem in only two days. I would recommend anyone to use them to fix their personal computer that lives or works in Center City.

If you're like me, you're scanning the internet in search of a respectable company with whom you can entrust your prized electronics with. Well, I'm here to tell you that you cannot go wrong with Voree, Inc. My laptop's hard drive decided to take a dump and so began my search for someone to replace it. After reading a few reviews of Voree's service I decided that not only were they pretty close to me, but they also had a good reputation to boot.

After placing a phone call to determine how and when to drop off my laptop, I began my promising encounter with Tim. Not only did he respond to every minute question I had, he also was able to refer me to the proper specs that I must use. For reference, I'd like to think of myself as semi-savvy with computers, but after speaking with Tim I realized that his knowledge surpassed mine in the hardware department.

In the end I'd use three words to describe Voree: professional, flexible, and prompt. All of which, in my opinion, are necessary for my recommendation in the computer repair field. And all of which were excelled at by Voree. It also doesn't hurt to have a beautiful receptionist (Danit)! Haha. So, go with Voree if you need your computer fixed and in a short time frame!

Needed my keyboard replaced, dropped it off Tuesday and had it done by Wednesday afternoon. Great service!!! Would definitely go back for future help.

I delivered two PC's - one after the other at their office in Philadelphia, Tim worked on both of them. They were returned to promptly - working as if they were new! They are terrific! I would recommend them to anyone who has a computer problem!

Our office for Tria restaurants has enough computers to cause nightmares, but we're not big enough to have an IT person. For several years we've been trying to find someone who can actually fix and prevent problems, rather than making them worse. With Danny and his team at Voree, we finally found a solution. They are responsive, competent and fair. They try to find cost-effective (for the client!) solutions. They get our highest recommendation.

I took my laptop in because the microphone jack wouldn't work, and they had it done within 24 hours. They also gave me advice about how to get my computer to work better (it needed more memory) and I got both things done lightning fast and my computer is working excellently again! All the nice things people are saying about this place is true- no frills, no bullsh*t, and they will get you fixed and back to your computer very quickly!

Dealt with Tim (computer tech) and Danit (front desk). Problem was diagnosed and I was notified within a couple of days. Called back and forth many times that week with questions, all of which were answered promptly. Tim even took time to research all additional options for me and my poor broken laptop. Service was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous. Rates for diagnostics and repair were very reasonable. All in all, I highly recommend Voree and will definitely bring any future broken computers to them to fix.

Danny is amazing! He knows what he does and really care about his customers. I had lost everything in my computer because I didn't have a backup, among all were my baby's pi ctures...I was desperate.!!! Danny first told me there were litlle chances to recovered them, but then he noticed how upset I was and did the almost impossible...He recovered all my baby's photos!!! Anything that he charges for his work is never too much. For now on, every time that I look at my son pictures I will remember him. Thank you!!

I was visiting from UK, phoned Voree, and droped computer round within an hour. Problem was diagnosed quickly, even though it was a wierd one. It turned out to be a faulty keyboard and the part had to be sourced from UK. I had to return to Uk and it was easy to keep track of the repair's progress through their tracking service. Computer was ready for me on my return just over a week later. Their charges were extremely reasonable. It is also very comforting to have a telephone number, email and address when you leave your computer. I couldn't be more satisfied, excellent service. I would recommend anyone with a problem to talk with Danny, you won't be disappointed. When I had a problem with another Sony computer, Sony quoted a minimum of 5 weeks for repair.

had a great experience with Voree. My laptop needed a complete overhaul of the hard drive and was overheating regularly. Danny was able to fix this very quickly and what I found most impressive was when another problem arose he quickly gave it another look and was able to save me from having to buy a whole new computer. I will be taking any future problems to Voree for their great service and fast repairs. Highly recommend this repair serice!!
