I have nuthing but wonderful things to say about this company.. I have called Marty for service many times for many issues and have never been anything but beyond happy.. He explained what needed to be done so I could understand, and I was happy with the bill. I LOVE that when I call I get no answering service, I get them directly. I would recomend Midnight Oil over and over. And would like to thank them for all there help and service.
There was one night when my husband and I went to use our hot water, it was in the middle of winter and we were home with our 2 year old. My husband knew nothing about hot water tanks except for the need it had to use fuses. So he thought he could just run down town and buy what he needed, of course no store was open at that time of night. He just so happened ran into the owner of Midnight oil and told him our situation. He told my husband not to worry he had a bunch of fuses at his house. He would go and get them and bring them to us. We were more than grateful. and He was sincere about helping a new couple in our situation. Great people to do business with.
We were about to leave the house for our daughter's 18th birthday dinner when the house started filling with a fuel odor. In checking the furnace, we found soot spewing out. Shutting it down we called our oil/service company only to be told that the service technician on call lived over an hour away and he had just returned home so it would be at least four hours before he could get to us as he had another call before us. Frantically, we started calling around for someone who might be able to get to us sooner. We found Midnight Oil on about the 3rd call. He was on his way home from another call in another direction entirely, but came directly to our aid. His service was professional, well done and he was sympathetic to our situation. The fee charged was more than reasonable. Needless to say, we will be using him for service all the time now.
