If you enjoy knife fights, drug deals and your local PD always knocking at your door move right in. You'll never get any sleep because they have moved in a bunch of crack heads that blare music at all hours of the night. The property managers will either steal your rent or lose important papers. I think a caged lion could run the property better then the morons they hire! Then they say they are not "Liable" for the actions........dude you are you pick them to run ur property. If you want to live in a local ghetto sign right up and yes it is as bad as I am saying. You always have to leave a message and maybe when hell freezes over they will return your phone call. These people should be shut down! ASAP..if you don't believe me just google the company, but check under stebner too........
