Have been a member since the day it opened. It is a great facility. Small enough to have that personal touch when dealing with the staff. Great choice of classes and programs to help one stay motivated and fit!

I have been a member of this gym since it opened. The classes are great, the staff is very knowledgeable, the equipment is top notch, and the gym is kept very clean. You won't be disappointed.

This place is very clean and they have excellent classes and top of the line equipment. Barb and Jill run a great business. The club is for men and women. Join and you will be healthy and happy!
