The Sewing Room has very nice people working there. They have lots of experience with all types of machines. They give classes also. The selection of all the needed everyday items is vast.

Honest, Competent, Great Customer Service 5 Star Rating - World class

After using a mechanical sewing machine for 35 years, my wife decided to purchased a very hi-tech computerized sewing machine for Christmas. Our worst fears came to pass in that the machine
developed a hard to find, intermittent problem some where in the software, electronics, or mechanical parts. The new owner of The Sewing Room, Wendy, didn't leave us "swinging in the wind" but was very fair and professional in handling the problem. She also seemed very competant in her knowledge of the new technology. Later we learned that Wendy had 40 years experience in High Tech Management before she purchased The Sewing Room and that her passion is helping other people enjoy sewing.

If you happen to be afraid of up grading to a new computerized sewing machine, don't be. As we found out, you can count on the people at The Sewing Room to help you enjoy the new technology and handle any technical problems that might arise.

Friendly knowledgeable staff 5 Star Rating - World class

The Sewing Room exceeded all my expectations.Very knowledgeable, friendly, and service oriented staff. Their service technician, Bart, is #1 in his field with over 30 years of experience. I compared prices with other vendors in town, and I saved about 10% on a new Pfaff. I recommend them highly
