We first worked with Tim when he was with another agency, but followed him to the Prudential California Realty office. With his knowledge of the real estate business and constant effort to stay current with the changes in California real estate law, he takes the risk out of the transaction. If there is a form, disclosure, etc. that needs to be completed Tim will know. We have completed several real estate transactions with Tim and have complete confidence that everything will be done correctly.
