THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED AND DONT SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND WILL NOT I REPEAT WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO USE THEM I ACTUALLY TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THEM AND SAY STAY FAR AWAY....

my personal opinion on this service is that at first i did not know what to expect, because its the first time with this company.... actually they arrived on time and i do have a pretty big house and everything was left spotless. they did a great job, by the way they were very professional and i definetly recomend the service.

every time i ask for this service i think its a very good service. i just want to say i would recomend the service to anybody that need a maid service.

I called to setup an appointment for a "move out" and carpet clean service. Diana gave me a quote ($350)and assured me that they will be there at 9AM on Sunday. By 10:15, I called and got a recorder, so I left a message to call me. After another 30 minutes, I get a call and they told me that they are on their way and are 15 minutes from the house. By 12:30PM, I get a "no show." This time, I get a call from Vanessa. Vanessa explained that the crew got into a car accident and they would not show up at all on Sunday. Vanessa called back again and offered a 15% discount and assured me that if we rescheduled it for any time Monday, they will definitely be there. Well you guessed it, the appointment again was at 9AM - "no show" again. No phone call and after numerous phone calls on my part, they still didn't call back. By 11AM, I get a phone call from Aquarius Janatorial Service. They offered to be there by 2:00PM, so I took it. They (3 hispanic ladies) showed up around 3:15PM and finished the job by 5:30PM. It appears cleaning services are on a network, so be careful.

If you are into pain, then enjoy Flat Rate Cleaners. Otherwise, I would recommend you find a service that will show up - maybe on time as well. Better yet, a service that will call you back and are honest.
