Look no further for a serious minded yet easy going trainer. No cell phones or goofing off, this trainer is totally focused on giving you the best and getting you to want to achieve your best. Detailed knowledge in all facets of training, motivation, goal setting, rest, recovery, nutrition and the very best in health supplements. I feel the tie ins to muscles I didn't know were really there. If you've wanted to hire a trainer in the past and haven't or are a veteran in the gym go to Ken!!!
