I was the receptionist on duty this day. Cody is one of our most requested hair stylists, and recently has had some extremely unfortunate medical complications. We have been doing all we can to work with her and her clients while she undergoes a number of tests and works to get healthy again. She was indeed running late that day, however I wasn't informed as to exactly HOW late. I checked in the client, alerted Cody that she was here, and let her know it would be a wait. When she asked me again later, I went back again and asked Cody how long it would be. She did tell me it wouldn't be for another fifteen minutes. I was aware of the dissatisfaction of the client and sincerely apologized and explained that Cody has been struggling with her health. I also asked if we could reschedule, however the response I receieved was that the client was sad she had taken off work and now wouldn't be able to get her haircut. I explained that I understood and once again apologized and offered to reschedule. She did not wish to reschedule. There was nothing more we could do at the moment.

Cody's health has been slowly, but surely improving and her clients have been very understanding and continue to receive top service from her and the rest of us here at the salon.
In regards to Cody never coming out to apologize or reschedule....that is my job. I am an ambassador between the clients and the stylists.

First time I went, I got a pretty good cut. Last time, I was told when I arrived that my stylist, Cody, was running a little late. 30 minutes later she was still running late - and in fact wouldn't be able to begin my appointment for at least another 15 minutes. Too bad. I couldn't wait 45 minutes past my appt time to begin my service. I had to get back to work. Worse, the stylist never even came out to apologize or ask if we could reschedule.

First time I went, I got a pretty good cut. Last time, I was told my stylist, Cody, was "running a little late". 30 mintues later, she was still late. I'd have had to wait at least 45 minutes past my appointment time to even begin my cut. As I had to get back to work, I went to another salon the next day for a cut. Worse, the stylist never even came out to apologize and ask if we could reschedule! I tip quite well, so I don't think it was anything personal.... but I'll look for another place for reliable appointments.

Pros: pretty good cut

Cons: 45 minute unexplained wait
