Tonight, Thursday night before a holiday and hours before the in-laws were expected in from Florida, we arrived to a house that was 81 degrees at 7:30 pm. The air was not working! After other companies had no called-no showed we were not hopeful that we would find someone who would help us. I called One Hour Heating and Air after finding them on Citysearch. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and so helpful. She called the Technician who was willing to drive from Buford to Hiram to fix our problem. He arrived at 9:30pm and stayed until 11 pm to make sure the unit was working. Everyone I encountered was so professional, the service exceeded our expectations, and the price was so reasonable. They didnt take advantage of us because we were in a bind after hours like many companies would have. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company to everyone.
