Suncraft

We are very pleased with our basement project. Suncraft gave us exactly what we wanted. Their price was better than the other bids we got and the workmanship was second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to finish their basement. Our neighbors used them for a room addition and they were equally pleased.

DO NOT sign with Suncraft. They look nice up front, but they are horribly mean and angry people. They do not honor their word nor their guarantee. Their owner doesn't care what happens to you or your patio and he will rip your head off for asking anything. This mentality trickles down to their sales force (once they get their money)

If you should happen to try and use their "satisfaction guarantee" the answer is something like "no I don't think so."

We were attracted with the price they offered for what they said they would do. Boy, I cannot list what went wrong because it is so many besides they don't treat you as customers. Do yourself a favor and keep yourself away from them.
